I went to write the review they deserved only to find 20 one-star reviews in the last few days that beat me to it! These people are criminal and know exactly what they are doing and do not care in the least that they are embarrassing people and ripping people off. ****UPDATE: 1-star to 4-star because Loves reached out and apologized for the scammers and "made it right" by delivering a stunning arrangement to my friend who deserved it for all the caregiving and support she continues to give.

I don't remember. I ordered pink, because it is my wife's favorite. Valentine's, my wife calls. I expect lovey dovey talk, but instead she is screaming and crying. She got RED roses. How could I send RED roses?!! I check my receipt, yes, I ordered pink. I call Loves Flower Shop. Why did you send red roses instead of pink? I got two answers. One, we ran out. Two, you're supposed to send red roses on Valentine's Day, not pink. I asked why didn't you call to check if that was okay, I would have said no. The answer, we were just trying to keep you from getting in trouble. ME: Okay, so I'm trouble now because you messed up, what are you going to do to fiix it? Loves: What would you have us do? ME: Send a free replacement. Loves: We can't do that. ME: Okay, half price replacement. Loves: We can't do that either. ME: Send a replacement at full price and waive the delivery fee. Loves: How about we promise to try extra hard next tiime? ME: ...........click.... Forget it! Find another florist!!

They provide full service as if they were a private florist including delivery and design at very reasonable prices. The prepared food (in the rear of the store) has alot of variety, making it an easy and quick stop if you don't have time to cook. I especially like the coffee shop (right when you walk in the store) - prices are as high as Starbucks but the variety and quality is much much better.
