Adam and the rest of the staff are incredibly helpful and they do top-notch work. I am not exaggerating when I say they have been the best service and repair people I have ever dealt with. Compared to other places I've dealt with which did sub-par work, had massive delays, or impossible schedules Stallings has always been able to see my vehicle quickly, and do highest-quality work with great turnaround. If you are in the greater Tallahassee-Thomasville area and need service on your Jeep, Chrysler, or Dodge, I cannot recommend Stallings highly enough. Only caveat is as of this review, they do not have any EV-certified techs so they cannot work on any EV or hybrids, but they are apparently in the process of getting one of their people certified so hopefully in the near future that will pan out.

I broke down passing through several years ago. They got me in right away and I was back on the road after replacing the water pump on my Magnum. While it was torn apart, they replaced, at my request, the timing belt. Very fair priced and the service rep was very nice. Folks you can't get any better dealership than this. I've had vehicles serviced here for years and they've always treated me right. Just bought my dually 3500 pickup here and get a great deal and a very fair trade. Cody, took exceptional care of me and my wife during the process. I can't say enough. No better dealership.

A little over a week ago I took my new F-150 to Thomasville Ford to inquire about some needed…read moreservice. Here is an email that I sent to them a couple days later . . . "To whom it may concern: I recently purchased a brand new, 2020, F-150 from a dealer in my home state. The card with the five-digit code for the keyless entry was not in the glove box. I stopped by your dealer (I am currently visiting the area for two months) and asked if they could help me. They said they could and I set an appointment to come in and have that done. They also told me that it would take about an hour because they had to "pull the module". After considering this for a few days, I called the dealer that I purchased the vehicle from. They told me it was very simple to do and I could do it myself. They told me how and it took me, literally, less than two minutes. With this in mind, I just stopped by your dealership again this morning and cancelled my appointment. I did this in person because I wanted to have an eye-to-eye conversation with your service advisors. I said to them, "I am going to assume that you either didn't know how simple it was or you are trying to make some extra money for your service department." He looked at me and simply said, "OK." So, I asked if he wanted to know how to very simply fix the problem and offered to show them how. He said, "No." This confirmed to me that they did, in fact, know how to easily do this. Otherwise, they would have wanted to learn. I wonder how many other people your service department scams out of money (the customer's or Ford Motor Company's). The bottom line is, your service advisors were aware that the problem could be solved very quickly and easily. Instead, they chose to inconvenience me in order to make a few extra bucks for your dealership. I am most certainly very happy that I did not purchase my vehicle from Thomasville Ford." Keep in mind that, I sent this email to both the General Manager and a Managing Partner. It has been one week and I have not received a reply. Obviously, neither of them give a damn or they don't have a clue what it customer service is. My advice to whomever is reading this: DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THOMASVILLE FORD.

I recommend the 4-cylinder because it has plenty of power and the double roller cam timing chain versus the rubber timing belt. I also recommend the full synthetic oil change good for 10,000 miles. If you need a small part or two see Greg in parts. He's extremely nice and knows what it takes for your car. Have your vehicle VIN (vehicle identification number) ready because parts can vary. Nothing beats a genuine Honda part. For sales, I highly recommend Ernie Wyrick. He's a Honda certified salesman and really knows the vehicles. When you buy the car he will introduce you to all the different electronics and how they work. He spent as much time as I desired with me to understand all the nice features of today's vehicles. Edmonds.com can give you a guide to the cost of the vehicle. Ernie will treat you right.

Flower's Honda is the most inept car dealer I have ever done business with. Our deal included some…read moreaccessories that were to be installed when the service department opened back up. After two weeks of waiting for a phone call to schedule an appointment, I had to call them and set it up. We live about 2 hours from the dealership and were shocked when we arrived and were told they did not remember the deal and those involved were not available at the time. Their "misunderstanding" of our deal could have been communicated on three separate occasions before we made the long trip to/from Thomasville for our appointment to have the accessories installed. This was written down when we were negotiating the deal but the dealership would not provide it to me despite acknowledging they had the file. It took four months of constant phone calls and e-mails to finally get the response that they were sorry for the confusion and would not be installing the accessories. Other shady things about the dealership were: We were told our trade would have to be sold wholesale and there was no way it could be sold on the lot. This was an obvious attempt to devalue our trade however it was displayed prominently on the lot with some very complimentary language on the website when we arrived to have our accessories installed. Their salesman, Kyle, was quick to speak poorly of another Honda dealer in Tallahassee when he found out I had been dealing with them as well. While I appreciated the input at the time, I'm sure my experience there could not be any worse than the one at Flowers. When I inquired about an extended warranty I was quoted a price of $1500, this amount was what I was taking into consideration during the negotiations, but on our paperwork the warranty's actual cost was $1100. The negotiated purchase amount took into consideration an $8k payoff on our trade. Our actual payoff was less than that amount and I had to correct that information when we were signing our paperwork. When their finance manager asked Jason about this he stated he was "planning to put that in his pocket." I would encourage anyone buying a vehicle to steer clear of this dealership. Based on my experience, their staff, management, and ownership's interest in the customer ends after the sale.
