My wife has one, but I was looking to buy her a newer one. I asked Paige about the car. She went out and took additional pictures and sent them to me. I was impressed. My experience with Flowers Honda in Thomasville, Georgia, has been nothing short of a complete and utter waste of my time and emotional energy. From the moment I inquired about a used vehicle listed on their website, I was met with a baffling level of disorganization and what I can only describe as a deeply unsettling lack of respect for my time and my family's plans, if not outright deceitful and discriminatory practices. Despite securing financing and a down payment, and explicitly confirming the vehicle's availability with "Jasmine" before making a 45-minute drive with my wife and daughter, we arrived to be greeted at the door by "Anthony", a sales consultant, with the news that the car was inexplicably off-site. This initial misrepresentation set the tone for a series of further disappointments. While on the lot, I was shown a different vehicle and, despite the initial frustration, proceeded to discuss financial specifics such as financing and down payment etc. with "Anthony" and then "Jacob," the sales manager. Both assured me the original vehicle would be back by Monday. This promise proved to be yet another in a string of unreliable statements. Monday turned into Tuesday, with vague excuses and a distinct impression that my convenience was of no consequence. After receiving a video of the uncleaned vehicle, I was informed it would be detailed and would not be available for me on Tuesday, as discussed, but that it should be available Wednesday. I expressed my difficulty with a Wednesday visit due to working two job, but my willingness to do so, "Anthony" offered to hold the car for me until Thursday or Friday. Imagine my disbelief and outrage when, 12 hours into a 14 hour workday, I received a voicemail from "Jacob" informing me the vehicle had been sold. My call with "Jacob" the next morning only amplified my profound dissatisfaction. His dismissive attitude and the reappearance of the vehicle on their website at a significantly higher price raised serious questions about their business practices and ethical standards. His inability to explain the blatant contradiction between his assurances and the ultimate sale speaks volumes. The reluctance to provide contact information for higher management further solidified my impression of a dealership operating with a distinct lack of transparency and accountability. I did finally get the number of "Al" the office manager, but I have not heard back. The entire ordeal suggests a disturbing pattern of miscommunication, broken promises, and a potential disregard for customer commitments. My family and I were treated with what felt like utter indifference, leaving us with the distinct impression that our time and efforts were utterly meaningless to Flowers Honda. I am left questioning the integrity of their sales tactics and whether certain customers are afforded a different level of courtesy and honesty than others. My next step will be to escalate this egregious experience to the Better Business Bureau. read more

He was very easy to work with and extremely helpful with finding the right car for me! He provide excellent customer service, was a humorous guy while doing it, stayed up beat during the entire process, and his communication skills were top tier! The first time was one week after purchase and they obliged their mistake that week. But every time I bring it up there something else goes wrong. I am now without passenger front or, tailgate, or electrical in my SUV. They want $1600 to fix the car. They sold me. This is the worst experience I've ever had. read more

Just got my car serviced here for the first time. It was a great experience. I'd been trying to get the Honda place in Tallahassee to program a new car key for me for TWO weeks, and they kept telling me they were too busy; so I called up this place, and they got me in the same day. Regina helped me. She was super sweet. There were no cars in front of me (on a Saturday). I was in and out. The waiting room was quiet and clean with plenty of bottled water and (strong) coffee. If you're tired of waiting three hours for an oil change in Tallahassee while service reps try to upsell you maintenance you don't need, take the time to drive out to Thomasville for a quick, stress-free experience. read more

Generally do a very good job. Service is prompt and courteous. The customer waiting room is clean and comfortable with plenty of free, really good coffee. They sometimes do try to sell you extra service that you may or may not need, but it's a low-key soft-sell, and they do not tell you that your car is in imminent danger of breaking down if you don't buy the extra services right away. Overall, I'm highly satisfied with Flowers and why I give them a 4-star rating out of five. read more

My infotainment system stopped working. I called two other dealerships in Tampa and Sarasota where I live most of the time and both wanted $190-200 just to evaluate. I've always done my service at Flowers and have found them to be courteous and honest. Today they evaluated for free and did a hard reset and got the system working. After talking with a salesman about a mini van for my family myself and my wife drove all the way from Panama City, Florida to buy one we saw on their website. We got there and did not see the van, we were told it was having "finishing touches" we assumed detailing. After an hour of waiting,still no van. We had our vehicle appraised for trade -in. Still no van,so I asked about it and a few minutes later they told me it was outside come look at it. It had an unpainted front bumper! The whole time that's what they were doing is installing a new bumper,but never once mentioned anything about it. They said it would be the next day before it would be painted! They also said it had a CLEAN CarFax with no accidents. Mind you..we drove 2.5 hours one way to get this van...that's not all. After we refused and left with my wife in tears,tired,and feeling we had been lied to for 2 days..we found out they had run my wife's credit 13 TIMES! I would never even think of going back to this "dealership" and the employees should be ashamed of themselves for lack of professionalism and ethics. MULTIPLE terrible experiences with the service department. They have zero communication, will lie to you that parts are ordered only to find out later nothing is ordered, and then get upset when you fill out a bad review on them. I went in to have recall work done on my radio and when I went in to pick up my car the trim piece to my radio was broken and a gash was left punctured in my dash from the technician trying to remove the radio. I was told parts were ordered to replace the dash but parts were back ordered so I gave them time to come in. After contacting them a few months later I was told nothing was ordered and the new service manger had no clue was I was talking about. I was again told parts were ordered but was on back order. From July 2023 to December I waited contacting them multiple times to be told it was back ordered. Finally went in December to have it fixed to pick up my vehicle to have my radio screen now nicked and the hole not repaired in my dash. When I questioned them I was told the dash guy wasn't there that day even though I was told at drop off that he was there and it would be fixed. In February I contacted the general manager only to be contacted by service manager telling me he thought it had already been taken care of. Went in in April 2024 to have it fixed to have the dash fixed with a leather repair kit of some kind. The dash looks burned in the area of their fix, a hard place in the dash and when I questioned the service manager on this and told him I wasn't satisfied with it he told me it was fine and the best that he could offer me. I went in with a perfectly good dash in mint condition that would have lasted me the lifetime of my vehicle only to have the technician damage my vehicle and then them patch it and tell me it is fine. When I asked him to guarantee me that this patch job would last his response is telling me he couldn't do that because my vehicle was five years old but it would have lasted had they not damaged my property and had someone doing it that knew how to remove a dash. I was told that I was the FOURTH person that had their dash punctured so I do not accept their patch job as a fix for my dash when I left it with them in mint condition and now it is not. I have given them ample time to fix this and I refuse to accept their patch job as a fix to something they did. J Tyson read more

The service shop is filled with friendly and knowledgeable staff who in addition to checking in your vehicle will discuss your vehicle's problems. Also, they are more than willing to share their knowledge and passion. For example, my vehicle had a light shortage and instead of charging me for the diagnostic, staff explained the cause of it and steps to resolve it at home. Also, they provide a coffee bar, children play area, and television ensuring that your stay will be pleasant. read more

Got a car from here last Wednesday 6/15/2022 the experience started off very pleasant, but ended up a massive headache and left a bigger whole in my wallet than anticipated. I looked passed the fact that they lied about the trim level to upsell the value and their website claims 2 keys for every car, yet I only received one. My main issue is I was promised by Carrie the Internet Sales person in writing that the car was in excellent shape and she'd NEVER sell a call that wasn't...the very next morning after my purchase I started the car and didn't realize how rough the idle was on a cold start. The car stalled and the check engine light came on. Deven the in store salesman texted me to see how I was liking the vehicle and I told him about the issues I was having and he told me he'd look into what they could do for me. I took it to a shop and they quoted me almost $1,500 in repairs so I forwarded that to the salesman and to no surprise I never heard back. I paid you guys $18,000+ for the car I shouldn't be having all the issues Im having already. Like most dealerships they're wolves in sheep clothing, super friendly during the purchase and complete strangers after the fact. Buyer beware...get a PPI before purchase. read more

STEER CLEAR!!! This was, BY FAR AND WIDE, the absolute worst service that I have ever received at a dealership. My wife and I have both been Honda owners for over 10 years. We are Honda loyalists and we have a lot of experience with dealership service departments. While our cars were restored to sufficient running order, the repairs were slow, sloppy, and communication was poor. My car had scratches on the dash, and both cars were returned dirty with "dry sweat" and "shop grease" on the interior. When I attempted to address these issues with my service advisor, little more than a passive attempt was made too alleviate the situation. I was repeatedly told how busy and understaffed they were. I was NEVER made to feel that the business I was giving to them was either appreciated or a priority of any kind. Flower's Honda will never again receive my business for any reason. read more
