As a realtor, I frequently purchase flowers for clients, so when I drove by this florist on my way to a closing, I decided to give them a try. Unfortunately, my experience was disappointing. The shop was dimly lit, and despite three employees--two women and a man--standing around chatting, I was not acknowledged or greeted. After standing there for at least five minutes, one of the women walked toward me, and I assumed she was going to assist, but instead, she went to caress the male employee's face. I always look up florists that are near the location that I am sending flowers. I chose Flowers to Go in the Palm Beach area, and it was my first disappointment. I ordered a middle-sized orchid, a balloon and a box of candy for a birthday surprise for my sister. The amount came to $150, which is somewhat higher than normal, but I figured this was because of the elite Palm Beach area. My first problem -- the candy was not included, and when I tried to contact Flowers to Go, I always went to voicemail with no room to leave a message. After three days, I finally got through and was placed on hold -- only to be disconnected 10 minutes later. I was NEVER able to contact the florist, and I asked my sister (the recipient of the orchid) to stop by the place and tell them she did not get the candy. She did stop by, and there was not only a lack of apology, but she also had to argue to receive the candy. It should have been taken off my charge account since my sister had to pick it up. The phone was the only communication offered on their web site -- no email and no other customer service. From the lack of communications (except to receive the money), through the rude response to their error, I do not recommend dealing with this floral service. read more

Beautiful... I learned about this place by receiving a welcomed surprise delivery. Flowers were beautiful so I decided to give them a little business. I have a habit of sending my mother gifts on my birthday. When out of country the most efficient way to say - I haven't forgotten about you while needing space from you asking me uncomfortable question on the day I get older - are flowers. Flowers were beautiful. But the best part was the person that delivered. He hunted down my mom when she was gather around a bunch of hens. Perfect gloat moment! She called me up to thank me with a bunch of those women praising me and complimenting the flowers. I'm totally a fan of the flowers and delivery but in house service can be a little touch and go. I ordered these as a surprise for my mom since they offered same day local delivery for free. The rep at their store assured me they would deliver by 5p, the delivery was made at exactly 4:57pm which means there was no real effort put into getting them delivered at all earlier. And the flowers she received don't really match the ones shown on their website. A lovely lady named Britney showed me around the shop and the cooler where they keep all the flowers and I said to her I just wanted something for my living room. She said "how much do you want to spend?" I said $10. She gave me the most beautiful arrangement of roses, daisies, carnations and fillers wrapped in gorgeous colorful paper and ribbon. My buying experience and opinion only as a consumer: I patronized this company in early October 2016. I purchased a floral arrangement on -line from out of state. The flowers were for a dear friend's- mother's funeral. The floral arrangement was confirmed delivered a day late. Also, I was very disappointed in the floral arrangement compared to the floral arrangement I chose on-line. I notified the company by telephone and via email as requested of being dismayed. As of this writing , management has not responded. Would I patronized this company again? Never say never , but I doubt it. I was sent flowers from this business anonymously and when I called to ask who sent them this business told me "they're not allowed to disclose private information". Even though they had no problem using my private information without my permission for their own monetary gain. I told them I was only asking because of possible stalker concerns and they still denied me. Whoever sent these flowers has access to not only my personal address but my phone number and my full name. This is not the first time I've been mysteriously sent flowers from this same business as well. I find it very concerning that this business would rather work with a potentially dangerous people just for the sake of making a quick sale. How does an anonymous customer have more rights than the recipient when the recipients private information is being used for harassment. Unacceptable. read more

I placed an order with Teleflora & they in turn used this company as their local florist. I paid for early delivery on 7/10- no flowers were ever delivered. Local florist tells Teleflora the flowers were delivered at 1;30pm- that never happened. Today my Aunt walks outside at 5:00pm to a dead pile of flowers on her door step. No one rang the bell, just left the dead flowers on her door step. Just awful. Her 75th birthday was yesterday, so non delivery on her actual birthday & then dead flowers on her door step today is reprehensible. Oh and POOR, POOR, POOR, POOR SERVICE. This flower shop should not be in business. I ordered a plant arrangement with balloons for a 60th Birthday. I ordered them through Teleflora in which they gave the job to Flowers to go. I contacted Teleflora twice the day it was to be delivered (THE DAY OF THE BIRTHDAY AND DELIVERY) to find out when the approximate time was for delivery. They were not able to get Flowers to go to answer their phone. Teleflora stated that they would be delivered no later than 7:00 p.m.. TO SAY THE LEAST IT WAS NEVER DELIVERED. I put the instructions on the order how to get through the gate. The security guard had no record of any delivery attempt. Not only that but when someone arrives I get a text stating they are here. Now the birthday was over and still no arrangement. At 8:39 pm received a email stating the arrangement was delivered. Wow they thought they were going to keep the arrangement and the money. If that isn't bad business I don't know what is. I emailed them back asking when and where was it delivered to and what time. THEY NEVER ANSWERED ME. Then they had the nerve to text me the next morning to tell me they had a delivery to make. I just laughed my a...s off. I complained and asked for a refund. They stated it would be a 50% refund, I said absolutely not it will be the full amount. The next day Flowers to go texted me to say they had a delivery for me. I said it was suppose to have been delivered yesterday. I called them to find out when it would be here and they hung up on me so I called back 5 times and they did not answer. Teleflora stated they would never use them again but I don't trust that. They were both bad at getting me correct information so beware of both companies. They finally showed up at 6:00 p.m. the day after it should have been delivered. NEVER EVER PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY YOU WILL NOT GET YOUR ORDER. It ruined my surprise. I was so upset and disgusted as I ordered this a week prior. If you want something ordered and delivered in time DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY THEY ARE TERRIBLE AND VERY RUDE. I went online through Flower shop network and ordered a potted 6" hydrangea to be delivered to my cousin. They sent the request to Flowers to go. When the plant was delivered, my cousin called and asked me why I sent her an azalea plant! I called FSN and they referred me back to FTG. I have called FTG many times and no one answered. So I have left two messages on internal mailboxes but with no call back. The plant was $30-40 and the delivery fee was about equal. Will never so business with either again. read more

I purchased flowers using 1-800-Flowers and Flowers To Go was the local florist who fulfilled the order. The flowers were delivered HALF DEAD and the arrangement looked absolutely nothing like the one I purchased. When we spoke with Flowers to Go they were very nasty and didn't seem to care about the problem. There is no way that any self-respecting florist would have let this arrangement leave their shop. The flowers are nice but the customer service is awful. The whole point of flower delivery is to deliver the flowers. I just got a call today at 9:20 that they were at my gate but security wouldn't let them in. I called the main office, called them in to the gate, then called the driver back to let him know he could deliver them. He told me he was "way down the road" and left the flowers at the security booth. So on my birthday, I had to get dressed, drive to security, wait in the line at the gate, show my ID to PICK my flowers up. They somehow managed to turn getting flowers delivered into a bad experience, since I had to pick them up. read more

My experience with this florist was not good, totally UNACCEPTABLE! The flower arrangement I ordered to be sent to my sister, was an absolute embarrassment. The arrangement sent did not compare to the one in the photo, and by the written description. The arrangement actually looked unfinished. To top it off, I have written Flowers to Go, not once, but 3 times, explaining why I was so disappointed. They do not have the decency to reply and totally lack good business practice.
