Sounded simple enough but we kept getting the run around about getting it done. After a month and still no inspection, we found another and better company. Even when we tried to cancell took over three days for them to send us the paperwork. This company has no idea about customer service. Avoid them at all costs!!!!!

Lack of communication it took me 3 months to close on my house thru…read morethem and the only way I made progress to get to that is call everyday to make sure it was getting done. My loan officer was very rude he dropped the ball on every thing my interest rate went up 1 percent because he wouldn't lock in my rate. He told me he would watch it and if it started to go up he would then. It was me who told him the rates were up. I had to sign paperwork twice and the second time he told me it took the couple before me 4 times!! Wow what a joke it took them less then 30 days to sell my loan to someone else. now I find out the payment I made they didn't even apply to my loan now im fighting them with that. Oh and there corporate office said they would get back to me when I complained yep still waiting. Shows what kind of people they are.
