First of all, they treat you to coffee or tea upon arrival (yum!) and Kylie really listened to me and gave me the exact cut I was after. Now, i've had very short hair for a very long time, and it is obvious when someone doesn't quite know what they're doing with my hair. In fact, I got my hair cut at a beauty school/training place for a few years, so I know what a bad cut looks like!
