It is very difficult to get appointments for massages unless you book really far in advance. On several occasions (at least 4), Massage Envy has called me on short notice to cancel or try to change my appointments (which is hard with my lack of childcare). After waiting roughly 15 minutes past the start time, I was asked to wait an additional 15 minutes for the therapist to arrive. I left, and was later contacted and given an account credit to return. As someone who has received routine therapeutic massages for nearly a decade, I wouldn't recommend Massage Envy if you're looking for relief from chronic issues. My massages were consistently completed below the time frame booked for. Roughly 10-15 minutes earlier than scheduled. I tried a couple different therapist and while both had some pros, I never left feeling fully satisfied by the service received.
