Once Milan Client Services was aware of my experience, they responded within a couple of days and handled the situation very well. We found a solution and they made me feel comfortable to continue treatment. Overall my experience has been positive and I have had great results. Customer service is perfect, literally so great, I absolutely feel so comfortable emotionally AND physically. He was very accommodating to my needs- went so far as to get me a blanket while I laid on the machine that stretches my neck (the best thing everrrrr!!) because I was cold in the room. The adjustments are just what I needed, and I felt completely comfortable during that. Very accommodating with writing a note for work with all the right words that fit my specific needs and situation. There was also a blond girl who massaged my neck and she was very kind and sweet! Every time I walk out of my appointments, I leave feeling 100x times better, physically and emotionally. Leaving that place in a bad mood seems impossible.
