Francisco repeatedly failed to return calls and emails, missed critical deadlines, and demonstrated a shocking lack of knowledge about even the most basic aspects of the real estate process. It became clear early on that he was either completely out of his depth or simply didn't care. Either way, it was unacceptable. Worse yet, I witnessed several instances of dishonest and unethical behavior that made me question not just his competence, but his integrity. He misrepresented facts, gave misleading information, and seemed more interested in closing a deal quickly than doing right by his clients. If you're looking for someone who is lazy, unprofessional, and completely unreliable, Francisco Pacheco fits the bill.
