Great shop, great furniture, great staff in the shop. However the nightmare starts when you order…read moresomething. They changed the delivery provider and that means you have zero transparency about your order, the stuff arrives in partial shipments so you have to be at home when they deliver and what they forget to tell you is that KARE is actually paying them for unpacking and taking the wrapping back - which they decide to not do (unless you specifically ask them, I have been told when claiming that) so you end up with a 80 kg crate that you need a crowbar to open. The stuff is so cool, but as long as they still use the same provider, I will never order there again - and would recommend you do the same... unless you have a crowbar.

The WORST CLIENT EXPERIENCE EVER! DON'T recommend and won't buy from them again!…read more I passed an order in the shop mid August '19. Agreed delving date for 3rd September. On the third nothing happens. I spend hours calling them and the logistics company to find out what happens. It turns out there was a mismatch in the systems ( logistics had 8 items, Maison du monde 9). They didn't talk to each other before I call to ask what's happening. After many calls I try to make a complaint but they don't have such a service so I am forced to agree with delivery with a potential missing item, they confirm next delivery date in 2 weeks time. The furniture arrives and I have only half of the couch!!!! Logistics promised to find a solution. Nothing for 4 working days. Again I call and spend my time with them to find out that next delivery date is after 14th of November!!! 3 months later! After few days I decided to go for another couch so I try to call again(waiting time guaranteed!) and cancel. I can cancel but I cannot get refunded because I agreed with their dirty T&C and they offer me a voucher instead. The only chance I have is if the shop agrees to pay me back. Process still ongoing at the moment. I won't ever buy from them, I don't want their shit voucher and don't recommend this shop to anyone not even worse enemies!!!
