We had a Great time going for a cousins birthday party . I was a little Leary - being my first time at a trampoline park , but there are tons of staff and dedicated to safety ,I really appreciated that. The birthday package was pretty worth it since they included pizza and drinks I do wish it was maybe a 2 hour gap but it was 1 hour , but regardless the kiddos had a blast and then we walked down to the arcade it was a great day!

PARTY GOERS BEWARE!!! This is what you get!!!

Of course it was my fault for not paying attention to all the terms and agreements they make you sign and got signed up for $100 a month membership that I didn't ask for!! when I noticed it on my credit card statement five months later.. also my fault for not paying better attention. I guess I just thought I was shopping in the area because it comes up DEFY vestal, not sky zone. I assumed I bought something I forgot about. Finally I googled it and it comes up that it's really sky zone and they refused to reimburse me and I live over an hour away. Little hard to use a monthly membership for something you don't live nearb!! I never asked for a membership and they did not care!!

3.5 stars, rounded down for general atmosphere…read more Bounce is a warehouse filled with trampolines. Three sections allow for different ages and interests to play together. Kids can decide to bounce into a foam pot, against one another, or against a slew of dodge balls. Entrance will cost each jumper eight dollars per hour. Observers are free. Tables are available to make the wait tolerable, but I advise people to bring a friend or a book. And a sweater. No outside food is allowed, but a snack bar is available.

So you aren't going to believe that this place is really just a big open area of trampolines but it…read moreis. It's sick. They have 92 trampolines, even the walls are trampolines. To make sure you continue to be amused they have three sets, one for jumping and running, one for dodge-ball, and one for doing flips into the foam pit. It's a ton of fun to go and it's only $8 for an hour of bouncing. My main complaint is that the people that work at this place are the rudest pricks I've ever met in my life. If they weren't standing in-between me and epic bouncing I wouldn't give them the time of the day. To avoid basking in their prickness make sure you get there much earlier than you want to bounce and buy your tickets in advance. You also need to bring a drivers license and fill out the waiver, not a big deal but another necessity to avoid prickness. So you should check it out, you can't beat the bounce.

Being such a large family we don't get to do a lot of local activities that require individual passes. We do a lot of camping and outdoor activities. The kids absolutely love Urban Air and a visit is what they chose as a reward for good behavior:) (I mean come on 8....kids need an incentive to get along, lol) Not only did the DeGol and Palau families give my son a bike at Christmas, they also sent all of our kids Ultimate Attractions passes! We recently got a placement of a sibling set of sisters :) and thought that this was the perfect time to use our passes and the kids could really bond while doing something so fun! We went on Sunday and I didn't see the kids except when I ordered pizza (which they loved)! I got home yesterday and there was mail from Urban Air Altoona. The DeGol family and Palau families sent more passes to my kids and a handwritten letter thanking us for sharing our story. What an amazing, caring, and community minded business! I am very very grateful!

A worker named "Owen" told my friend to go to the other side and then called him a "good boy" We then told him he can't say that because he is literally an adult working there but he replied "I'm a minor too" "I'm 4 years older than you" Clearly this is not right so we tried to get his name but he persisted. A few minutes later Owen addressed my friend as a "bad boy" This experience disturbed my friends and I to my core. Later as my friend stood against the wall because he was out, Owen came behind him and started watching him. This is inappropriate, inexcusable behavior and should not be tolerated! This whole thing disgusted me, as it was very sexual. This was my experience at a usually very fun park. He failed to say sorry too.
