She canceled on me just 3 days before the event by emailing me, not even a phone call and told me she would send "one of her painters." I asked if I could see some of the work of this other woman and what I was shown was horrible! My 8 year old could have done a better job. I had to search around for another face painter with less than 3 days before my daughters birthday party. When I asked to have my $50 deposit back, Kathy refused to refund the full $50 because she felt that her time spent finding her pathetic replacement was worth half of the deposit.
