Grossest gas station ever. So nasty, none of the freezers worked so their drinks are all warm and gross. Bought a Starbucks coffee drink thinking it would be ok but as soon as I opened it, it exploded as if there was pressure building up inside. Took one drink to find that it was chunky and sour tasting. I went back in to see if I could exchange it and the cashier was so unhelpful. Told me no, couldn't/wouldn't even let me get a water (my drink was $4 the water was $2.35) literally stole my money . Flying J is normally my go to place, idk who's running this one but they need to be fired or retrained. Terrible, worst flying J in the country by far. read more

Clean, relatively easy access, competitive fuel pricing, and hot showers with seriously good water pressure. After spending a long day outside Casper in the middle of BFE, a hot shower is a wonderful thing. Flying J delivers just that. This is now one of my almost mandatory fuel stops on I-25. read more

While traveling through WY we needed an rv dump station. We are Good Sam members so we thought that we would go to the Flying J-pilot to use our discount. I went in and paid for the service. I asked the clerk where the dump was located. She pointed to the island at the main entrance near the propane fill. Needless to say it was blocked with propane purchases and gas patrons. After waiting 20 minutes to use it we hooked up and dumped. When it was time to use the wash out hose it wouldn't work. I went inside to inquire. I was told that the water didn't work. Arg!!!!! Had to load the dirty hose and parts into the truck to take them home and clean them. They were more than happy to take money yet did not provide the whole service. It would have been nice to be told ahead of time so that we could have gone elsewhere No refund was offered Avoid this location. If there had been a lower rating than one I would have chosen it. read more

I would stay clear of this in town truck stop. I recently wired 200 to my daughter. They told her the tracking number was invalid, but then reported to Western Union that the money was picked up. When I called to.ask about it, the manager, Kent, yelled at me saying it's my problem, then hung up. Somebody who works there stole 200 dollars from me. And they are getting away with it. read more

Don't shop here they can't figure out there credit card machine and will be changed three or four times and only refund one time for the change. My purchase was only $7.65 I was charged 3 times and only refund it once for $7.65 not 15 30 read more

Pretty much your standard truck stop. Gas prices are pretty cheap. Store & restrooms are bright & clean. Staff are proactive and friendly. Selection of snack foods to auto parts is quite broad. read more

I started using their gas since it was the cheapest around where I live. I now stop here on my trips when driving.
