Absolutely horrible! I reserved a shower online like I always do and I said there were three ahead of me so I knew there was gonna be some kind of wait. After an hour of waiting inside the store, I decided to ask if someone was cleaning the shower showers.. the lady looked me straight in the face and said oh our showers aren't working tonight. We don't have anyone to clean them. It's a freaking truckstop with over 100 trucks in their yard and they don't have a person to clean their showers.???? absolutely disgusting read more

Store had many options for snacks & souvenirs. Employee was nice & busy making sure store was clean & stocked for customers. Was disappointed though that there was no hot food, but it was between 12:00am to 12:30 am that we stopped in. The bathroom was clean, however you can smell & tell it gets a lot of traffic. I feel the water to wash my hands was sewage water because it smelt like it so much it was almost unbearable to actually wash my hands. They also have grass areas, just in case you have to let your fur babies out to stretch their legs too. Overall not a terrible place to stop. read more

If I could give -10, I would. Terrible customer service. They are on door dash for delivery but they don't deliver. If you are visiting and don't know, you will be waiting for hours and never receive your order. Then when you call, they make it your problem. read more

I would have to say that this truck stop is as always clean and it's a good spot to take a rest or to have your restart. The parking lot is big and there is a bit lot so you can easily park or make au turn. Also it is really easy to get to the fuel pump. The diesel is of course is cheaper than in California. It is also really easy to get to the truck stop. The bathrooms of course are really clean and you can see that the employees are taking care of it. I'm pretty sure that the showers are also well maintained. Coffee inside is always good too. The have about four to five different coffees including decaf and Colombian coffee. They also have stuff for your truck like coolant our diesel defroster e.t.c. I'm highly suggesting to stop here and have your rest here. Even if you are on your car. A good stop! I had the buffet at Iron Skillet while my truck was being serviced. Good food selections, and service by the wait staff. The service center was equally good. I only waited 5 minutes to go into the garage. This was on a Saturday afternoon. The facilities have been clean each time I needed them. Highly recommended. read more

This place was extremely dirty compared to other Flying J's, and the service was not great either. While I did not go there for the restaurant, if someone did, they would be starving since it was walled off with random crap. Restroom was in terrible shape, and reminded me of why the Love's across the street is so much better than this place. read more

Poor and I do mean poor service. I realize gas stations are busy but being in customer service my entire career it's a nope from me. The older lady with the gray hair waited on the guy in front of me then jumped off the register to then go do something else. I waited for her return even though she didn't say anything acknowledging me being there, her leaving or coming back. Then I waited through 3 other people for the younger lady with multicolor hair for her to just jump back on a register on the far side of the food. Flying J - Drivers lounge - Gas Stations Near Me - Wells, Nevada

I like the flying J because it's the only place in Wells I've never been kicked out of because they "didn't like my face". It kinda makes Willy want to push his luck if you know what he mean. No matter where I go I always want to know what I can get away with. But NO! Not here. I don't do nothin. The Flying J is a haven for me. Nobody looks for people here. This is one of THEE best gas station/casino/restaurants outside of Parumph. The pit boss, Sam Allard is another story. I got to know Sam over the years, and let me tell you- that guy has become a no fun havin wrinkled-ass fuddy-duddy. I used to get along fine with Sam. He used to make sure the cocktail waitress supplied me with plenty of free beer, but one day he just snapped. He told Ol' Willy to knock some I don't know what kinda crap off. By the way, Jiaying still weren't speakin no English but she though Allard was total bullshit too. Come to think of it, I remember what I did that Sam Allard didn't like. I went into the store to get a slice of Pizza and some Mac n Cheese. The "new" girl I presume was very sarcastic when I told her not to use her hand to slide the mac into the dish. Some was on the side and she use her money grubbing hand to push it back in. Then she bent down to get a lid and took the container down under the counter with her. Not very food savy. Next time I will refuse that container and ask for another. read more

Worst bathrooms ever!!! Do not stop here and less you want to get trapped in the bathrooms with no way of getting out and want your knees bashed in by the stall door that is only 2 inches from the toilet seat. read more
