Peppers and/or onions are optional, I complained before that they were a bit al-dente before and the last ones we got were cooked more, so I think they are listening to feedback. Of course, don't forget the Cheese Whiz which to me makes the sandwich. Any hot sandwich can be improved by adding more Cheese Whiz. If man-made cheese-like product is not your thing, provolone is an option.
