We walked in & were greeted with multiple people smiling & saying "hello welcome in". That was accompanied by a friendly girl who told us about their location history and what type of shop this was & told us about monthly events they are hosting.. we happened to walk in on a Puff n Paint night!! We were immediately impressed to say the least lol. Took a long look around..they even have an outdoor area. The outdoor area is a zen garden vibe with lots of seating for outdoor events. I love the area & the stage. Inside they offer a viewing room to watch people blow glass! Very interesting process and beautiful to watch. Honestly educational. They sell beautiful glass pieces ranging from all different type of prices and different type of styles. My husband started a beer tab and that was even more impressive and made this place even more unique. They have a really fun way of pouring beer. You start a tab with a specific amount (probably start with a $20-$30 tab) and you pour yourself your own beer. You can try as many flavors as you want until your tab runs out. Then you go and purchase more on your tab! He said all the beers he tried tasted different and good. I personally got coffee's and omg each coffee was soo good!! I am a huge fan of the brand and I believe I made my 16th purchase today. I found this store after going to dinner at downtown Fort Myers. Their Selection is top notch with a clean, crisp layout that is easy to navigate and not claustrophobic. There is accent lighting, visibility of product. Their selection is superb and I am very happy with their products. I will continue doing business at this store location. John is the owner of the joint and is very friendly and outspoken with a superior product knowledge. I watched and facilitate taking care of three separate customers on the floor as well as two that is other employees were helping at the same time. Sold me an expensive disposable device that did not work, when telling them this I was told there…read morewas nothing they could do. Was then told they would recommend a less problematic device, the implication being, they're knowingly selling expensive disposable devices (over twenty bucks after tax) knowing that it's a gamble as to whether or not they're gonna work and if they don't, that's too bad maybe "buy a different kind". If you're not going to replace devices that don't work maybe don't sell ones that you're aware have had issues? At the very least a "no refunds on disposable devices under any circumstances" would make me feel less taken for a ride.
