The staff is an eclectic group of young people with a few who seem to be closer to my age (& let's just say I'm mature enough to remember not having cellphones, lol) but this only reassures me that there's at least one "hippy" who's there for educational purposes only of course lol! They're funny but always only in a friendly kinda way. Also , they know about their products & aren't afraid to answer questions if asked. Ironically, this keeps them up to date with the various "news worthy" events going on in the world these days. This part surprised me a little bit but I guess it makes sense when you consider how the various tariffs being placed on certain products being imported are having a negative impact in a monetary way on the different promotional events they can offer (sadly their "2fer..." special has been suspended until it gets better) & when they shared this with me of course I had to go look it up right away so I guess you can say that by knowing their products they're also educating the public about certain issues that maybe didn't seem so important when breezing through my morning news feed but now, thanks to Alan who works at my local King of Vape sharing the update... now I know & it's changed how I'll be looking at that "news feed" & since I personally consider knowledge to be power, learning something new only makes me a stronger person & you can never have too much knowledge right(?) now too much power on the other hand, we've seen what that can do to a person & it ain't pretty but I'll save that rant for another day + the proper platform, lol! Anyway, I always enjoy going to this location for my vaping supplies & although I can't say much about any other location (the one on Del Prada is close to my house so it's my "go to" shop but), it seems to me that every time I leave it's always with "more" than when I went in. So update! Because I complained about their rude customer service and wrote a review I was banned. Never contacted to explain. They didn't even have the common courtesy to email back. I went to a different store to avoid the rude employee out of a sense of loyalty And they told me that the corporation Band me.That's ok I go to Naples vapor and they have a new happy satisfied customer. Used to be a great retail site, now it's horrible. Took 4 business days to ship my order, I was lied to by customer service saying my order would ship last Friday didn't ship till last night. constantly out of flavors/nic levels but not keeping their website up to date with stock info, 15+ minute hold times for customer service, this is the second time they did this to me. On top of all that, my wife and I have had overseas fraudulent charges on the 3 different cards, The Vape Store Online is the ONLY place the 3 cards have in common. Beware! I was very, very upset with the way I was treated. Being new to vape, I needed help with getting started...the salespeople were more than happy to help me spend $180.00 and send me on my way. The very next day, my product fell apart, burned me very bad, and melted a small piece of itself. I went back to the store for help and was put to the side only to be told that the device was put together improperly (which they did to start with) and that what happened is very common. 2/9/2016: There seems to be a huge problem with this store's website that we just figured out. We've placed orders on this website with multiple credit cards. Within 10 days of each purchase our credit cards were compromised and we received calls from the fraud departments. Either someone on the inside is selling customer card data or this website is severely compromised. Anyone else experience this issue?! 216/2016: So our 4th credit card has been compromised. We've been dealing with a gentleman named Frank. Frank is pleasant and willing to help but after a phone call I had today with someone named Evol, I believe that they do not understand what is happening. 4 of our credit cards have had fraud on them. This means that someone cloned our cards and tried to use them overseas. Apparently, the vape store was under the impression that we said someone was using our cards on their website. After 4-5 phone calls with them, they didn't understand the problem but kept telling us it was corrected. We are not seeking restitution or anything else from the store, we are simply trying to inform them of a possible breach in their security so that this doesn't happen to other people. Furthermore, when I explained to Evol that I was in contact with the FBI and the Secret Service, she literally mocked me for doing so. Our conversation ended in yelling and harsh words due to her condescending attitude. 3/7/2016: Our 5th credit card was compromised as well as that of a family member after using their card at this store online. So we went to the store and we were greeted by a professional, passionate team who clearly are concerned about helping people enjoy their product while helping them stop smoking in a very non judge mental capacity. There are many choices and their interview process was very helpful. They asked questions then paired my husband up with the instrument best suited for him. I was concerned about shopping online but decided that trust in the product, their service and their Eliquid is more important than any mail order problems. I have to say their online customer service is just as fabulous as their in store service. Products are shipped quickly and correctly. Have been purchasing from this store for a year or so. Purchased two Kangertech nano during that time. On Aug 5 one of them burned up in my hand. Went to the Del Prado store and bought a new one. Within days the paint started coming off and looked awful. Aug 18 I scraped remaining paint off of outside. Aug 19 the electronics failed so I called the store and they told me about a 30 day guarantee. Took it in for replacement: I was accused of not purchasing at their store even though the cash register remembered my purchase. Said this unit did not come in the box I brought along. Said that I destroyed the unit by scraping off remainder of paint. These minimum wage guys were insulting, rude, terrible people and refused to replace. I called the Fort Lauderdale main operations and talked to "Frank" - great guy. He put Austin Willcutts on the phone who is head of marketing. They looked up my purchase on line and verified it. They called in an order to a different Vape Store and I picked it up 20 minutes later - problem solved. When you first walk in, it seems like a great place. Always seems to be people there vaping and shopping. The staff, initially, comes off as welcoming. But god forbid you be inexperienced or not-to-knowledgeable. Clearly, this shop is not meant for beginners. The looks I received when I said that I only own an ego c-twist and a protank were very off-putting. The eomplyee stated, "Well, if you want to vape for real, and actually quit smoking, you need to be using a box or a mech mod and a dripper."
