Update to the review below because the store responded and I believe acknowledging my concern as a customer and working to resolve it is always the best way to keep a customer. I appreciate you guys listening! If I could give zero stars, I would give zero stars. The kid that helped me was so disrespectful by constantly being on his phone. The other young girl even had to point it out to him that he needed to get off his phone. I was speaking to him and asking him questions and he ignored me because whatever was in his phone was more important. Then after he checked me out he said "I would love a 5 star review". I will not give five stars unless he gave me 5 star service. He was super confused, and didn't care that he was wasting my time. Also he was very disorganized in how he handled the order. I refuse to go back in there- I rather order online. The kid had glasses,he also had curly dark hair with bangs. He walked out behind us and went to Taco Bell- I'm not sure why his cell phone usage couldn't have waited until his walk to grab lunch rather than on a paying customers time. I had an amazing experience at FlynnO'Hara thanks to Michael! I was extremely stressed out about getting ready for an upcoming kindergarten to start school. He made finding her correct size and school uniform a breeze. I'm so thankful not to mention my daughter loved him.
