If you're a person of color, don't even bother with this business. I've been twice and both times before I could even finish my sentence, I was being told "we can't do that." On simple jobs any embroidery shop should be able to do. It was made clear by the tone, energy and interaction, they just didn't want my business. Excellent customer service! I was sent the wrong school shirt in an error. I emailed the company and they responded quickly! That's why we were told it wasn't an issue. After you guys messed up our order, you took no accountability, as you are doing now in your response. By the way, what items were being sold? We've never attempted to sell a single item, nor would we be proud of your work! The silver lining out of this was your referral for me to go to Atech Imagewear after you guys knew you couldn't do a good job. They did a much better job with outstanding customer service. Instead of taking accountability, I see that you're more concerned with pointing the finger and explaining yourself to your "positive" reviewers. Not sure about you, but when I read reviews for a business I go straight to the negative reviewers. I walked into Embroidery2 with a special request. Nick walked me through their process. I showed him a image I would like to have embroidered on upholstery vinyl. He got the image digitized and embroidered on the vinyl exactly as requested with in just a couple days since the pattern took a while to stich he did it after hours.
