I usually go to the Springhouse store BUT I preferred to order online this year. I got everything perfectly packed with only one Color of an extra set of socks I ordered on delay. I ordered all the colors of socks as they hold up well & if they don't Flynn O'Hara replaces items that don't hold up. This will be my 3rd year using them but first ordering the entire fall/spring uniforms online. It went Perfectly except one color of sock not available but it was not a biggie due to it being for regular wear with clothing. I still hadn't gotten it by now so instead of an email I could have missed I got a call letting me know that color was not in stock anymore. They kindly asked if I wanted a refund or something else. I made it easy on all at this busy time & got an extra pair of navy blue school socks. I didn't know the number so let go to VM but they called again but by that time I had looked up number so answered the 2nd call as the woman was so sorry she said the wrong school. That was very kind to call back to apologize for a simple mistake at a Very Busy time for them. I have to go to another place for shoes & they have uniforms for some schools but it was a Hot Mess there & was glad we got all the rest from F&H! Keep up the great job as you are the best around from our experience! So the Philly location above called but I usually go into the Springhouse store like this year to just grab a belt. They always are kind at Springhouse to my son who is very shy & have taken pants or shorts back that only worn once & washed due to a bad seam. I have now have had great experience with 2 stores & would recommend. Of course there will be some issues at this time of year if you go in to the stores as it's A Crazy Time. Everyone is rushing to get entire outfits or bits & pieces. So you have to give them a break this time of year not even with that I ran in to grab a belt at the Springhouse store & I was immediately asked if I needed help from the girl manning the door. I knew where to go so I headed there. Then once there I waited till the family in front of me was done trying belts on..... I knew what I wanted but still the young guy helping did work with me quickly to get sons belt easily. Check out was smooth running as usual & the same lady we see each year. I have to use this for purchase of uniforms but their prices are high and the inventory is not always readily available but they do have good customer service and convenient and quick delivery options read more

Agree with other reviewer who said "I wish I didn't have to shop here". Buyer beware: nasty staff who direct you to incorrect sizes/colors and then refuse to honor their written return policy. Strongly advise parents to purchase uniforms anywhere but here. read more

This location is pretty good. There are usually several teens, dressed in (you guessed it) school uniforms, to help you. The prices are always high so I stick to the monogrammed essentials here then buy shorts/pants/belts etc. at the mall (and with a coupon I might add-did I mention The Children's Place has 25% off uniforms right now?) but I digress. The store has all the back to private/parochial school essentials and ample customer service. Solid 4/5 and yeah I had to chuckle when the cashier asked my son was he ready to go back to school and he said "no" a bit louder than I would've expected :) read more

Went into this location today to pick up a sweater. I walked in and the cashier was helping another customer so I just smiled and said hello. Her response in a very rude manner was "miss,im helping him, you can wait until im done with him to be taken care of" I thought that was so rude. I didn't ask to be helped faster alls I did was greet the cashier since she didn't even look my way when I walked in. Just left the store a short time ago after purchasing school uniforms for my son for Archbishop Wood. The young man that assisted me was terrific. He quickly explained my options and then helped my son find the uniform items that he needs. The entire process was extremely smooth and we were in and out of the store in about 15 minutes. It also helped that our salesperson attends Archbishop Wood so he knew exactly what my son would need and this young man provided outstanding customer service. He made things very easy for us and for that I am grateful. Also, I think that their pricing was fair. I purchased 2 uniforms for $245 (we didn't need shoes, socks or a belt) and I think that was certainly reasonable. Thank you FlynnO'Hara. See you again in the future. read more

I wish I didn't have to shop here, but they kind of have the market cornered on Catholic School uniforms in my area. The person who I assume is the manager is so incredibly rude. I've been to the store over a dozen times and I've never seen her pleasant. The customer service is sorely lacking especially considering their company philosophy of treating customers like family. I now shop online because I dread having to deal with this woman, who is always there with several teenage employees. I'm not thrilled about paying for shipping, but it's worth it to avoid her. read more

Never again. I was forced to order from them due to my schools campus bookstore being shut down. They said 2-4 weeks for them to receive the uniform and supplies and then additional time to have it shipped to my house. The website said they're open til 8. I left my house at 7 to pick up what I didn't cancel (I found out I could get it faster through my schools online bookstore but had to get my bandage scissors from Flynn O'Hara) and when I called, the phone kept ringing and the automated service said their hours are until 6. Expensive not the best quality but my daughters uniforms have to come from them. The plus side is they are typically well stocked.
