    Customer service representative's and staff's are excellent in service. I would strongly suggest to book flight tickets from this website.

    Rick is amazing! He is detail-oriented, patient, kind, and friendly. This was my first experience…read moreusing a travel agent and he made it easy. From the first moment I contacted him via a contact form on his website, he has treated me with respect and provided quality customer service. He makes himself available for you. He sent reminders for the deposit and when it was time to pay off the trip. He sent a thank you card after we booked our trip and he even sent my friend a birthday card. They have a cool app where you can make payments, but Rick also took payments via phone for those who felt more comfortable calling. The app also provides a countdown for the trip and a place to book excursions. I am very satisfied with Rick's service and the vacation he booked for us. I would definitely recommend Rick especially when traveling with a large group.

    Wow.......I guess Rick the agent has changed his attitude from his 2021 and 2022 reviews because…read morethat was the worst experience i have ever had and miserable failure of customer service. I have Bipolar Disorder which alters your speach......you often jump from topic to topic and i am considered tangenital but re directable. I was diagnosed back in 2010. I learned very quickly that i needed to advise potential employers and anyone i dealt with on phone that i had the disorder - it also will make you talk louder which someone else perceives as yelling. Come to find out, people are ignorant of the disorder so does not matter much if you tell them or not.........however......i was calling based on those reviews......I did not catch that they were from years ago.....I would not book a Holiday inn from this guy Rick, let alone trust him with a 3 location trip to Poland........First thing i told him was i had Bipolar disorder.......1st rule of customer service is to listen.......went right over his head.........I made one very simple statement of I did not want to fill out passport right and that threw him when i told him i would prob go to library for assistance. I then shared with actual facts of friends that had recently gone to Poland and one to Japan who advised me even though I was not going until next may to get on passport work pronto as took a lot of time.........my friend that went to Japan had to wait almost 3 months...........his comment?? Don't listen to your friends........like they were idiots or making it up........they did go overseas so i am sure they were not making it up . When i went to pick up paperwork from AAA, they also told me to expect it to take at least two months...........I had specific questions for him.........he was talking about things i did not need to know.......such as telling me i had to make appt at post office. I already knew this as AAA told me that. In a much niceer tone............AAA asked me when i got paperwork if i wanted my photo done which i declined as i was in my work uniform and i do security and that type of unform not allowed on passport photo. I asked her if they would do the photo at post office when i made appt and she said yes, double checked and came back and said yes again..........Rick was telling me things i did not need to know.........I was callling due to complexity of having to book 3 separate lodgings for a 14 day trip as I was advised by family in Poland that for what i wanted to ssee, I would need at least three lodgings or i would be on train all day. Did i speak over Rick ? Yes, I did.........I had already told him i had Bipolar Disorder........and aside from that i did not need to hear what i already knew............he acted like i was a nimwit............and he can deny it all he wants but in short order (call was less than 3 mnutes), he basically said well he could not work with me if i was going to interrupt him...........ie, shut up or i won't help you and his vocal tone indicated same. I told him fine...........he was not the only travel agent in Clearwater Largo area.........I am quite sure someone else will be happy to deal with my speach disorder to get commission. When i texted him, he emailed me back that he "took offense" to me stating i said he told me to shut up , those were not his words............no they werent..........but words are words..............the tone clearly was that he was agitated that i interrupted what he was ssaying.........and with good reason.......i already knew what he was telling me..........well actually, he did not give me the truth even.........because i did ask him to confirm photo taking at post office and he claimed that they did not do it and i also asked him about the fact that the passport paper work says color photo...............omg...........he actually recommended that i book an appt with a PHOTO STUDIIO.............for a passport photo? He also gave me a location further from me........he told me to go to post office in Seminole.......the post office on Belcher road takes appointments and is much closer to me............he truly makes you feel like an idiot...............he also tried to tell me that i did not tell him about my disorder until later in conversation. Not so...........and i had three witnesses listening to conversation.........I told him a 2nd time as it apparently went right over his head the first time. I would not recommend him to a parakeet let alone a human being with feelings and i sure as heck would not recomment anyone with a disablity to call him..........because apparently, he can't handle dealing with you, if you have a disability............and in todays world, there are far kinder people who won't treat you like crap, just because you have a speach disability.

Costa Rica surf trip to on the challenge with excitement and care, curating our whirlwind adventure. We were given a variety of choices for tours, stays, and activities to choose from. Every step of the planning process we were able to give feedback, ask questions and have our needs met. We could have never planned everything ourselves to make such an efficient use of time. Plus, as oft happens on vacation, one of our chosen activities was cancelled due to weather. CRST alerted us, gave us a back up option for the evening (beach sunset tour) and secured a replacement activity for the following morning (dolphin tour). While we opted to try surfing, you don't need to. They create your adventure according to your own desires, interests and goals! I'm also really impressed how clearly this company is integrated in the local community, highlighting and supporting Costa Rican owned businesses and contributing to the growth of the Samara Beach area (and Costa Rica as a whole). I was worried about such a short trip being worth it, but I truly can not imagine a better experience. We did ALL the things and had a wonderful experience thanks to CRST's care and expertise. You won't regret working with this company to plan your own Costa Rica visit.

The word "surf trip" is in the company's title, but they are so much more than that. The team customized a perfect itinerary for our group of not-very-adventurous people. From relaxing in the hot springs next to Arenal Volcano, to sitting on the sunny beach in Samara, it was the trip of a lifetime! The highlight for me was seeing all the animals in their natural habitats - baby turtles, sloths, frogs, and much more. So cute! The whole team, including their expert local guides and friendly drivers, made it an incredible vacation for us. I can't recommend CR Surf Trip enough to anyone who wants to visit Costa Rica.

    If you want your wedding day ruined, then absolutely book Network. I should've known from the start…read morethat this company would be trouble, since they double-booked us and made us switch our reservation a couple of months before the wedding, but they had been helpful in trying to find an arrangement and we hadn't actually put money down at that point yet, so we stuck with them....big mistake. On my wedding day, they showed up as planned. We had booked 2 limos, a classic 1938 Cadillac and a stretch. The stretch left for the church with my wedding party and groom, leaving me and my parents to ride in the classic car about half an hour later. We drove for a while, but the car turned off while we were stopped at a stoplight, and started SMOKING. Good samaritans stopped and quickly got us out of the car and helped the driver push the limo to the side of the road. My dad had to HITCHHIKE home to get a car to take me to the church. The whole time, the driver kept trying to restart it, and it finally worked. He said "lets go", and my mother and I refused because firstly, there was still smoke coming out of it, and secondly, my dad had left and I wasn't going to leave without my dad. Well, THE DRIVER THEN LEFT, leaving me and my mom on the side of the road. I'm in a long-sleeved wedding dress in the Florida heat, and this guy left. After my dad finally picked me up and we started driving to the church again, we saw the classic car pulled over. We found out the next day that it needed to be towed, so I feel completely justified in my decision to not get back into that car. The company initially believed our story, until we started asking for money back, and then they said that my story couldn't possibly be true. I had even given them the names and numbers of 2 of the complete strangers who had stopped to help, but Network didn't reach out to them at all and just somehow decided that I was a liar. It gets worse. The limo company refused to deal with us for weeks. We left for our honeymoon and came back, and they still wouldn't return our calls. The owner finally called and I told her about the toll this took on us. Financially, this setback cost us almost $1000 in fees we had to pay to vendors to extend them for additional time, and there's other vendors we simply couldn't afford to keep longer. The owner badmouthed those vendors saying they should have all chipped in, and I said that it was their right to be paid for the extra time, but that her company was ultimately responsible. She said that they already had to pay for repairs to the car so they couldn't afford to compensate me...as far as I'm concerned, repairs to your vehicle is a business expense and isn't my problem. She also said "I'm a small women run business, you need to understand that"...so then, if I'm a female surgeon, I can accidentally cut the wrong leg off of a patient and they should understand that I'm a woman and that's all that can be expected of me? She also said "its a 1938, what did you expect?". She asked for invoices to review to see what she could do, which I sent, and she's ignored every email and call since then. I'll never get back the time that I lost for my wedding pictures...I didn't even get to get wedding pictures with each member of my bridal party because of the time constraint this put on us. I'll never get back the video of my reception since I couldn't afford to keep the videographer longer. And you'd expect Network to at least offer me a refund of everything I paid Network to help cover those expenses that I incurred because of them, but no. Stay away, seriously. They ruined my wedding and worse, they ruined the memories of my wedding. Update: Yes, they did refund us $1000, but that's not a full refund considering we paid them $1750. Also, they reference terms on a rental agreement, but the terms on the contract did not state any of what they claim, and it had no release from liability on it. They also say that I refused to ride in the limo after the breakdown, which is correct. Would you ride in a car that still had smoke coming out of it? And what good would riding in that car have done considering it needed to be towed a few miles down the road? The chauffeur never offered me a replacement. I was also never apologized to for anything other than the breakdown, as they continue to deny that I was left on the sidewalk with my mother. How can they apologize for something they can't even admit to happening? And read below, I'm clearly not the only person having issues with them.

    We booked one of the 38 passenger Mini Coaches for a football game. Network provided excellent…read moreservice - the driver was friendly, on time, and we had absolutely no problems with the vehicle. We had about 30 people in the coach and everyone was extremely comfortable. It started pouring at the end of the fourth quarter. The driver called me to make sure he could get as close as possible to pick us up from Raymond James Stadium. I will definitely use Network in the future.
