Thankfully I am not a customer of Flyte's, I have LES which is super. Flyte continues to give the neighbors problems and the run around. Flyte Waste - Nice mess - Junk Removal & Hauling Near Me - Cheyenne, Wyoming

This is a sad review for me to leave because we have have had Flyte for several years. Not until we opted for weekly removal and a few complaints on how fast the drivers were taking corners were there any issues. We live on country roads. We have up and down hills and the complaints that the drivers were going too fast were pouring into the HAO regularly. As the customer this was reported to them. Please slow down. They would and then would speed up again. Then I asked the driver personally, please slow down. We have open range out here and I have kids and dogs. This was taken well but then they started skipping my house weekly. I called the office. The lady that answers the phone is so nice and said she was sorry and that she sees notes about my dogs being the problem. I said ok. The next several weeks would ensure my dogs were locked up. Still getting skipped. Finally on the SIXTH time they skipped my house, I called again and again she apologized and would have the office manager call me. She did and instead of hearing about the events that occurred, was HORRID on the phone. Blamed me for my dogs every time. Said that this was my fault. Stated that if I would like her courteous refund that I could have it with stipulations. Told me to not speak until she was done with me. At the end of the call which took twice because she hung up on me when God forbid, I defended myself. I called her back and told her to get her can off my property. It's sad that one person and no management can make a company this bad. There are two or three maybe other companies in this town. I have had Flyte for years and have never had a problem. It seems that many changes have occurred with them. I would just try being nice to the people in the office, first. When you live in the country, you need good trash removal, and they are good for me. read more

Flyte is an excellent service for neighborhoods if included in fees like monthly rent or HOA fees. They take up to 5 large trash bags per pick up and pick up twice a week. On weeks of holidays you don't lose a pick up day, they just shift it to a sooner or later day in the week by one day. If you have any large items, just call and they will set up for a pick up for those items, but there will be a charge. They will occasionally take a slightly larger number of bags if it's not a regular thing. There is a charge for large items as well as an excessive quantity of bags or boxes. If you have a can with them, make sure everything fits in the can and break down your boxes so they fit and make sure you bag everything you put out unless it's a large item pick up request that you called ahead for. If it's a large item with a door, make sure to remove the door for safety of children and animals as it is a safety requirement. read more

After 11 years of being a customer I said no more. First off they have the worst office staff, over the past year every few months our trash day was missed which sucked as we only had service once a month, I'd call they'd send someone out days to a week later with the staff being nasty acting like it was my fault it was missed. This past week my trash got missed again, I called the gal called the driver and he told her our driveway's blocked I explained to her I have a circle driveway and one side was open as we have repairs happening to the other side. She said well I'm not calling the driver back, she got nasty and told me she'd call back when they'd have time to come and get our trash, I didn't hear back for several hours so I called back, this time a guy answered, when I asked when they'd be coming back to get the trash he got nasty and told me too bad it was my fault we had both driveways blocked, complete lie, I have camera's and it shows Flyte driving down a block over doing the houses in that area then going to the neighbors on the corner a few houses across from our house then the driver leaving the same way he came in on another street, he didn't even drive by my house, one entrance was open no vehicle parked or blocking both driveways as the driver stated. After the staff was rude blaming us, I told them to come get their dumpster. I have video I'd love to share with the owners so can talk to their employees about the lying. And They really need new office staff that isn't rude to the customers. Lost my business. I wouldn't recommend them to anyone. read more

I've used Flyte for 25 years. No big issues till the last couple months. A couple missed pickups, but not a big deal... til this week. I set out a couple 12 gallon galvanized can, as I've done occasionally over the last several years. The new guy tossed them I'm as trash. When I called I got "Sorry" but nothing else. I don't expect to gET two new cans, but I'd like some sort of compensation. Any sort of hook up would have been appreciated. Now I have to buy 2 more cans as I use these for my work. Looking into the other trash services. Hugely disappointed. read more

I don't personally use these guys, don't have the choice since I live in town, however my parents do. These crazy guys were just out in white out conditions getting trash picked up. My folks were very impressed and so am I. Top notch work ethic. read more
