I called for my second Rolloff from them. They are quite polite and nice. I am a contractor and use roll offs always. I got it on a Tuesday and called them on Friday for removal. We were actually done in Thursday but I forgot to call. She said that they couldn't get it on Friday but Monday for sure. I knew that she was mistaken because Monday was a holiday so I thought Tuesday. No not Tuesday, I called on Wednesday and she said they could not do it then either but that they are rented for 10 days and that it would be Thursday. No not Thursday, she called and said sorry it would be Friday. So Friday it was gone. I don't know how this business can survive like this. I should have charged them rent for the driveway space and the fact that I could not get a trailer or anything else onto the job for those days is not good business. Maybe a homeowner likes 10 days but I usually get a discount for only having the cans a short number of days. Most companies chomp at the bit to get a can back early so they rent it out again. Anyway nice people but not good for me. I need it gone when it's full and that is part of the service. Not my job to give them a spot to park a can for an extra week. I was pissed. It was a 15 Yard so it fit in a driveway. Any other company would have gotten it on the Friday the week before. read more

Found Adams Roll Off somewhere under Arvada Roll Off - just sayin' Maybe because they are in Arvada. They have a huge service territory. Evidently junk r us. Got a 30 yard (22 ft wide x 8 ft wide x 6 ft high) and filled it in one day! Best price around, best customer service by Wendi (the owner) and Aaron, our driver was polite and a heck of a driver, considering where he had to BACK the roll up into. Probably they'll get 5 stars when they pick up this beast. Never underestimate the amount of junk you have to throw out. The new place had a LOT of landscape issues that we couldn't wait to resolve. I own a construction company, and have spent the majority of day reaching out to roll off dumpsters. I saw Adams Roll Off on the front page of google with decent reviews, I gave them a call and to be frank at this point I cant even be sure this is even an actual company. The phone call went some thing like this Adams: Hi Me : Hi yes I'm looking for Adams Roll Off Adams: Hes not here Me: Oh Adams: Yeah, goodbye And then he hung up on me. Due to the damage from this April wind storm we are looking to order 40+ roll offs to dispose of fences, not mention the ones we need for any remodel projects we take on as well. As a business owner I was absolutely floored by the poor performance of this company in even picking up the phone and being proud they are a business. However for anyone looking for a roll I had the exact opposite experience with these companies, Budget Dumpsters, Elite Roll-off Service, Bin there dumped that, and the company we chose Roll of Remedies to work with, were all beyond happy to take the time discuss my needs with me and tell me about their services in helping us. Weird situation but I actually called and paid "Total disposal" and ended up with this companies dumpster in my driveway. They said they all work together. Anyway, cheapest price in town and they were able to deliver the exact day I wanted them to. They were very nice but only complaint I have is that they left the dumpster in my driveway 7 days when I only needed it for 3. I told the original guy I wanted it picked up by Monday (holiday) so therefore Tuesday and it was actually picked up Thursday. Otherwise, great service everyone was very nice! Thank you! read more
