The…read moremonthly rate for renting the practice room is very reasonable, the space is well maintained, and various requests that we had regarding the practice room were met, which left us very satisfied. For instance, we needed an AC unit for the room, let the owner know, and within a week or two had one in the room. We wanted a lock put on the practice room's door, and that was done promptly, along with getting a set of keys for it. The previous band in the room left the carpet musty, so that was taken out quickly as well. The space is secure and requires key cards to get into the main parking area. We never had any issues with other bands using the space, either. It was hassle-free getting to and from the practice room at any time of the day, and there's even a dope Mexican food place called Vargas that's only 5 minutes away that the band has been frequenting heavily. My one complaint - the soap in the bathroom should be changed more often. For that reason I'd give a 9/10, but I'll round up since we are doing a 5-star scale.

To the right of that in the same room is another place to shoot, where you can bring down the paper background. It's a well-lit room and my favorite room to shoot in. Room 2: This is a smaller room. You can pull down the paper backdrops as well. It's a great place for a small "Youtube" video session, a podcast, or stationary shots since it's tinier. Room #3: This is a themed vintage room (picture is below). There is a typewriter, plush chairs, and an old style telephone. It reminds me of selfie-world NoVa DC. Parking nearby on the weekend is $10 for the parking garage. I wish they had more props for models to use in their photos are play with. They had a few plants on the ground and a white box to sit-on. I had a quick turnaround deadline and was able to get in without too long of a wait. They have several rooms and one of those rooms was the absolute perfect setting for my videos. Tons of natural light. Great background. Area for clothing changes and rack to store clothing. I felt totally supported. This will be my go-to place for my videos in the future.
