In fact, despite the grotesque deformation, the marvelous barrier was doing exactly as intended--keeping the wet & exterior climate from intruding into our living space. In fact, because the roll roof A-1 had installed on the almost flat ~1800 square foot area had survived as long as it did made it easy for me. I normally would contact several roofers/obtain quotes/compare for the best deal, but the excellent performance of the 2007 roof was all the evidence I needed to have A-1 do it again. Their timing was better than expected, only 2.5 days from the moment their roll-away dumpster was deposited in one half of our driveway until roofers JOSE & JAIME were putting the finishing touches on the stunning hot-mopped/white granulated roof/Sun-averse white painted squares around the vents/swamp cooler jacks, I could see another wise investment in our home. I really appreciated their attention to details like a well-installed/new drip edge along the inside & outside roof perimeter, and constantly cleaning up behind themselves/work area. It was expensive (~$12,500), maybe two or three times as much as the usual hot-mop roll roof (~$4,000; which we've had before with other roofers during our 30+ years here), but those roofs might last a third or a fourth as long, so we're really saving money paying for the extra-special roll roofing. There is no question in my mind that A-1 Roofing definitely has my coveted "¡Wheel of Approval!"

When I first got to know him, he presented himself as somebody that is fiscally responsible and ready to serve as County Commissioner Pct.4. Do yourself a favor, he is not allow him to sweet talk you. He does not keep his word and athe job he has done for me has been shoddy. I had a pretty rough start to the year when my roof lost several shingles in January due to high wind storms. It looked terrible, and I realized I had no idea when the roof was last replaced, even though I've been living in my home for five years. Brady came to the rescue with dozens of options and presented them in such a professional manner. I decided to go with Timberline HDZ shingles, new piping boots, and metal overhangs. They ended up replacing the entire roof, and because my house was built in the 1930s, there were quite a few code upgrades that needed to be made. The whole project took about a week. I found Smith & Ramirez Roofing after getting 5-6 quotes from other companies. Each one fell short for various reasons - some were too pushy, others weren't professional, and some didn't even provide a quote. Smith & Ramirez, however, stood out with their professionalism. They showed up in uniform, had beautiful brochures, and their Instagram is full of videos showcasing their recent work. The roofing crew was friendly and professional, always making cleanliness a priority. They constantly cleaned up nails and dropped shingles, which I really appreciated.
