The attendant there for some reason could not get the kiosk to take my payment without adding several numbers to my tag. I was under the assumption I was purchasing one wash. No, he signed me up for a subscription and on December 1st $49.97 was taken out of my account. I have tried to reach out to customerservice@foamworks multiple times to either get a refund or this added to my actual foamworks account. At this point I've had two months of a membership I can't even use because it isn't linked to my account or my tag. I've tried disputing the charge with my bank but they say since it's a membership I agreed to the terms which I didn't! I think because my interior wasn't that dirty they overlooked the details such as wiping the screens, dashboard, etc. Nonetheless, I do recommend this car wash for others.
