We went to the location on Ferran, which is close by La Rambla. If it's your first time there, you fill out a piece of paper to place your ordered. You check what kind of meat, bread, sauce, sides, fries or extra sauce you want. I ordered the classic burger with bacon, caramelized onions and their truffle sauce with a side of skinny fries. Absolutely delicious!! This burger reminded me of Super Duper burger in San Francisco and that's saying something because I hold that place in high regard! The meat was cooked to medium rare perfection and tasty - meaning it was seasoned well. The caramelized onions added the right amount of sweetness and the bacon was bacon, lol. I can't get over the truffle sauce and how well it paired with the burger as a whole. I feel like the sauce helped to elevate the burger into amazingness. The fries were hot and crispy when they came out and not over salted. And it doesn't hurt that most of it is organic! I wish I had more space to order one of their desserts but I didn't, womp womp. If you have a chance to eat a burger in Spain, don't go to Burger King, go here!

I don't know if you have the ability to use the picture I posted here of the QR code, but that would allow you to look at the menu and see the current prices. But be careful not to order unless you're sitting in the restaurant - understand that the QR code is keyed to that wood block, which in this case has the number three on it and that's what she uses to deliver the food to your table.

After dinner and going in, it ended up look just like one of our favorite places in NYC, Double Down Saloon. The place is simply (excuse my French) badass bar. It feels dirty inside, in a good way .The walls are covered with pictures of rock stars and metal gods, surrounded by graffiti everywhere. You can get your simple Estrella bottle of beer, or a drink with a gimmicky name. They also have some kickass t-shirts with skulls, fire, and other macho symbolism, which is my favorite form of souvenir from a trip. Despite being in Barcelona for less than a week, my friend and I found ourselves here on two nights. If you're not in the mood for a crazy club night, this is surely a great way to spend a night at a dive and having a some beers.

We missed that the Cuttlefish had squid ink-no matter, so light and exquisite-only complaint would be to have more cuttlefish. Service was engaged and friendly from start to finish. Tapeo reminds me of some of the regional restaurants where you want to try the entire menu at once cause it all looks so good. Tapeo is now on the list of "must stops" when in Barcelona!
