I picked up the dress and it was taken in so much that the dress no longer fit me. I then asked them to take it out and they ruined the dress entirely. Although the ladies are predominately Spanish-speaking, they do their absolute best to communicate with their customers. I had about 4-5 fittings to make sure everything was perfect, and within those times I saw approximately 20 different people - all English-speaking - come in, explain what they wanted, or pick up their altered clothing and leave absolutely ecstatic! The ladies know what they are doing, and they really are such a pleasure to work with! They ended up charging me $300 for: sleeves (made from my dress), 10 bustles, adding lift to the top of the dress, adding white to the top as it was previously semi see through, and sewing in a small piece to the back of my dress. My dress is big, very heavy, and made of thick lace so it was easy to really mess up, but they made it into my dream dress. Bring all your altering needs here!
