Feeling a bit hesitant at first to do it on bike but it was the best feeling. It was a perfect 68, clear skies and lilac blooms along the way. The perfection was almost overwhelming. A tram is also available for a round trip adventure but the bike was just too fun to pass up. Along the way we saw all kinds of little critters, snakes, fish and birds. Stopped at the tree house, chapel and most of the waterfalls. On bike with all the stops about 2 hours, walking could easily be 3+. Bikes are $15 each and I highly recommend getting there early so you have your pick cause the good ones go fast. Some have baskets and you should get one of those and then fill it with a picnic lunch. Little under $20 per person for entry, with discounts for veterans, seniors and children. Large parking but the place is popular, so again if possible arrive early.

Shortly before we were scheduled to start, Dave pulled up with the guests from the previous tour. They were excited from their trip and each of them had fully caught their limit. At their request, Dave cleaned and filleted their fish for them and they left extremely happy. We were excited to start as well! Dave did a fantastic job, very courteous and helpful. We didn't have to worry about anything. He had rods for us and made sure that we were always able to keep a line in the water. He answered any questions we had and was a true professional. My kids have grown up in a state where fireworks aren't allowed because the entire state would ignite with just the thought of launching a bottle rocket. So we thought it would be a fun 'socially distanced' vacation to head to the lake! I grew up on a ski boat, visiting Table Rock as a kid/teen/20 something and have always LOVED it there. We frequented What's Up Doc and stayed in the Kimberling City area almost exclusively. I wanted to rent a boat for the entire week we were there. Pipe dream right? Last minute trip AND a boat?!? I called multiple times a day for 5 days in a row before we got there! Everybody was always so nice to me. Nobody was ever mean or annoyed that I kept calling By the time we arrived to our condo (which was also awesome) I just knew Jesse would find me a boat. We had been able to secure 2 different boats for the end of the week but I wanted one all week. We arrived Saturday afternoon on the 4th and less than 24 hours later I got the call from What's Up Dock that they had a boat for me!! And when we went to get it they said there was a cancelation and we got to keep it all week!! I was soooooo excited! Jesse and Sarah and their 'crew' are an amazing staff of well mannered, helpful humans. They made our experience at the lake exponentially better. If I could give 10 stars I would. Thanks guys!!
