From time off needed for the surgeries, there was a decent stretch where I couldn't exercise. Kathy was understanding and extended my membership for this duration. Most gyms would have a "use it or lose it" approach, but she was understanding to my situation, and kindly worked with it. I typically do CrossFit, and will say that this gym doesn't have all the bells and whistles I look for in a gym. However, with my current basic needs after post surgery limitations, it has what I need, and is never crowded. Beyond that, this review was inspired from the friendly staff. The young lady explained the day pass and that unfortunately there were no fitness classes offered on Saturdays. About 30 minutes later I arrived at the facility. I spoke with the young lady at the desk again and I was able to get a 3 day visitor pass. She also told me about the stretch sessions offered at the other location. I inquired about the location of the locker room and after I was shown where to go, I was left to my own accord. I thought it to be a little odd to not get at least a brief overview/tour but whatever. Luckily I am a bit familiar with most of the equipment and had my own fitness routine to complete. There is plenty of space, machines and equipment to engage in a really good workout. I was able to easily find everything that i wanted to use. They also have a separate room for the cycling classes. The facility and lady's Locker room was clean. The locker room has 2 showers and a dry sauna suitable for 1 person at a time. You can bring your own lock. Also there are TVs placed strategically through the facility. The place has a Christian theme so you'll find Biblical scriptures posted throughout and perhaps a few Christian channels on some of the TVs. There is also a smoothie counter or something but it wasn't open either time that I went in. Apparently they also offer personal training as well, however,I didn't inquire about it. Overall the experience was A-OK. Everyone was polite and helpful when asked. I was able to satisfactorily complete my training and no one tried to sell me anything. Currently, its proximity to where I stayed made it very ideal. I would consider coming here again during my next trip to Greenville.
