This is way appreciated since I'm not super knowledgeable about all the laws and regulations that exist as well. It was only after I received my tax return that I found out about the third party fees, which included a bank fee, a bureau fee, a transmission fee, a technology fee, and a document preparation fee. What?!?!? Had I known that I would be charged $285 in third-parties fees, I would have paid them for their services up front and not waited for it to be taken out of the return. When I expressed my dissatisfaction to them and asked them to refund the $285, they were unwilling to take responsibility for their failure to communicate the third-party fees.

Normally I input my numbers into TurboTax but I always get more than the website says when they are done with them. Yes, it does cost you to file your taxes this way instead of a free website but I am not a tax professional so I'd rather put that in the hands of someone who is. The service is courteous and prompt.
