Right at the end, when we found the door was cut to the wrong size at the factory, Steve advocated for us and secured a brand new door at no extra cost. Steve is remarkably punctual and dedicated to his craft. He maintains constant communication, ensuring we're promptly informed of any developments. His pricing is consistently fair, and his work exemplifies quality and precision. Steve consistently seeks to address challenges in the most effective manner. When we faced an issue with rotten siding, he was the sole contractor to propose fixing the flashing above the siding, preventing any future problems. It's this level of attention to detail and commitment that truly distinguishes him. His quotes are always fair, and very accurate. If the price goes up, he asks first and offers a variety of solutions. If the price goes down, he's always returned the excess at the end. I'd trust Steve for any project at my house, big or small. Design was the areas I was most nervous about and I think that was the part they did best- so many great suggestions for "problem" areas that I was unsure what to do with. They were very patient with me when I asked for numerous drawings of the layout before I was able to decide on the final version. I had a project manager (Dave) who was an excellent communicator. He was there when he said he would be and texting me regularly with needed updates. He was always ready to answer any questions I had as the project progressed. I found him extremely capable of fixing construction issue and then he also coordinated the more specialty workers (electrical, tile, etc) to make sure everything was done in order and the project moved along. Also of importance to me is that they respected my home. They put plastic down to protect the floors and cleaned up debris regularly. They did their best not to impact the rest of my home despite them doing a master bath on the second floor. My only complaints were that the project took longer than they promised. Honestly, mostly not their fault because it was a terrible winter and my project was Jan- April. Home renovations are very emotionally fatiguing so when it dragged out a few extra weeks, I was ready to lose my mind. I would highly recommend them and plan to have them do our kids bathroom in the near future. I am quite surprised by the negative reviews here. My project was completed in 2018 and some of these reviews seem to be older.

One of the bedrooms was filled with anchor and bad patch jobs from the previous owner. They look like brand new. Nick, the owner and Phil did a phenomenal job. He patched and sanded the walls. You would never know they existed. He also was able to bring those 80's popcorn ceilings back to life. They were very reasonable in price, considerate, timely, and professional. He communicated with us throughout the project of installing a new Timberteck deck. His crew worked straight on through from start to finish without empty lapses of time. The men are so highly skilled. We continue to be happy with our beautiful deck. Therefore, we asked Ruy to install a Timberteck stair rail at our front doors, which also has withstood the test of time. We'd been concerned that installments like this would compromise the brick, whereby requiring a total rebuild, but a rebuild wasn't necessary. He also advise us on an easy and effective fix to divert water from flowing from the gutter and freezing to ice on those brick steps in winter. Based on the outcome of these projects, and our experience in their progression, we highly recommend this company.

Brutal experience with them back in 2022-2024. Would take weeks and, more than once, even months…read moreto get them to come back and do any work (see screenshots of my text interactions with them -- note the dates). They were supposed to build a new rubber roof. It started leaking on 3 separate occasions (which btw was never fully fixed -- we moved on to different contractors who did address the issues). And like I said, it would take months for them to actually come back and attempt to fix anything. Often they'd come by, look at the damage, then I wouldn't hear from them for multiple weeks. Meanwhile, more damage continues to accrue to the walls and ceilings. The internal fixes they applied for the water damage were just patch jobs. They just plastered and painted over. Meanwhile, the insulation behind the wall was soaked and accrued black mold that we had to address later. Also worth pointing out a major blunder at the beginning of the project (see attached videos and pics). They opened up the roof, and left it open for multiple days without doing any work. Well of course a major rainstorm came by (which was on the weather forecast well in advance). Alll that water poured into the house in the middle of the night setting off fire alarms. It was a nightmare to deal with on my end.
