Alex initially came to fix my sliding doors, which were dragging and hard to close. They're vinyl and still in great shape, so I didn't want to replace them. He came over to evaluate the job and ended up fixing them on the spot--the doors now glide perfectly! While he was there, I asked about another project: an internal sliding door that had come off its track, tricky because the track is inside the wall. He repaired it right then and there, and it works like new. I also mentioned refinishing two staircases. Alex evaluated the job, provided a fair quote, and started the following week. I had hired Alex previously and recently asked him back for two more projects. I switched from central air to mini splits. With the old system, I had several 3" diameter return vents across the ceilings in every room. Alex patched and painted each one so seamlessly, you'd never know they were ever there. Truly impressive work. He also painted the entire ceiling in my master bath--it looks absolutely beautiful. Crisp, clean, and professionally done. The second job was painting a wall and hallway. Alex responded quickly and showed up on time! He was very professional. Knew what he was doing. I can not say enough about his work ethic or the quality of the work he performed. I can not be happier! BTW--he was actually hired to fix what another company had done. The previous person hung my bi-fold doors unevenly and they wouldn't close properly. They drilled holes for handles in the wrong places and poorly plugged them. What a mess. BUT--Alex came in and adjusted them and painted the doors with a sprayer so they look beautiful. read more
