The day before thanksgiving of 2019, my husband was fired for no reason. My husband contacted Tom Gratzer and he immediately got the ball rolling to get my husband the compensation he was owed. The process took several years because of COVID and the courts being closed for almost a year. The end result was fair and Tom went the extra mile to get my husband 2 years of vocational training so he could learn a new trade seeing as he could no longer work in construction due to his injuries and the loss of all of his licenses that he had for over 25 year. That alone was priceless and Tom made sure that he would be able to make a new career and he also made sure that the insurance company that was responsible for his head and back for the rest of his life seeing that the main injuries he suffered were composed of both areas of his body. Normally, I would have made the decision on who my husband hired but in this situation I was not available to meet him and my husband strongly felt that Tom was the right person for him and I didn't try to make the decision for him and I know my husband when he says that he has a gut feeling about something or someone so I trusted his decision and I'm very grateful that I did. Tom Gratzer and his paralegal Maria were always there to assist and answer questions that either of us had. They ALWAYS got right back to us either via email or by phone.
