I told her about my appointment and who it was with and she assured me the person I'm booked with is just "running over" on a current appointment and I can wait for her in the lobby. I waited, A HALF HOUR before receiving a call from the massage therapist, stating she no longer even worked there and doesn't know why they would've booked her.
