I was told that I would receive a call back within 3 days. By the fourth day, I hadn't heard from anyone so I called them. I was told that they are not taking on any new cases. Really? There web page says "we'll take care of you no matter how complex the matter is". What a crock of BS! I called these people again, not realizing I had called them before, this was on a Friday, I was told that I would receive a call on Wednesday as they were going to be closed Monday and Tuesday for 4th of July. This was understood and awaited for a call on Wednesday...not a peep from these people. Call other places because these people DON'T give a crap.
