After extensive research, we decided to go with Loose Law Group (Cactus location) to assist us with our estate planning. The entire team is exceptional! Rachel explained each step of the process and booked our appointment with our attorney Amy Dodell. We had to re-schedule our appointment several times due to various reasons but Rachel was extremely kind and gracious. She never made us feel bad about it and was very understanding. We felt bad! After a very short period of completing the online forms, they sent us PDF documents to review for accuracy. Then we went into the office to sign our papers. Laura was the notary who assisted us and let me tell you, she is super patient. I had some questions that may have seemed silly or dumb to some but she made us feel better by saying that others have asked the same question or she understood why we would ask it. She explained everything so well through easy to understand illustrations which helped in some of the difficult decisions.   When we were done signing, Amy Dodell came in to meet us and asked if we had any additional questions. We didn't have much except for some minor questions because Laura did an excellent job answering most of them. She expressed interest in getting to know us which is a great quality of a successful person. She didn't see us as just another client but seemed genuine in wanting to learn more us.
