When I contacted them I spoke to Eric, and he took the time to let me describe what I thought I needed. I did not know the specifics, since I was remote. Dominick came to my brother's house, evaluated the situation, and provided an estimate to resolve the problem. They had an opening in their schedule and quickly and skillfully repaired the shower fixtures the next day. Sounds easy, but it is an old house with its own issues. Done!! I couldn't ask for more. Greg reviewed my oil usage and home configuration and suggested a suitable solution for my home. My oil usage is way down and that saves me money every year. He replaced all of the major copper connections and added new circulator pumps on a piece of plywood mounted to the wall in a way that that made it look neat and clean. He installed an outdoor temperature sensor to make sure I didn't have the system running more than needed. His crew was respectful and cleaned up after themselves.

They have also called me about 5 times for the same thing about linning my chimney which I did already and paid them to do. However when I needed hvac servicing and support they were able to send someone. Granted he found the leak but didn't put in enough Freon, I had to call another company to fill it up more because my ac still wasn't cold on the hotter days. I also have gotten quotes for oil to gas conversion and it's super expensive about 5k more than others! Not the best deal but they are very professional and keep copious notes.
