They wanted to charge me $120 to draft an agreement. This office said there is no contract to take payments between me and them. I never signed anything. I never received one piece of mail from my HOA. They won't give me a summary of what I've been charged for and what fees they are charging me.

They were to file a deed transfer. First time they dropped the ball so the recorder didn't accept. Second time they filed, they put the wrong name on the deed transfer?! Now they don't want to complete the services we paid for. It would "incur additional fees". Yes, on their part for their errors. Now they want a wheelchair bound senior citizen to get things done on his own. Again, after already paying for the services and the filing fee. Also, they don't return calls after you paid for services. They only call to collect fees. Stay away.
