Mr. Huerta was very cordial, listened carefully as I recounted my client's current tax predicament, and then carefully reviewed with me the pros and cons of both a 6-year Installment Agreement vs. an Offer in Compromise to settle my client's tax debt. He explained these options clearly and carefully, gave me his input regarding what he felt would most likely be the best option for my client based on his current circumstances, and left me with a much clearer understanding of the choices to be made (which would most likely not require the services of a tax attorney at this time).
