The shu mai definitely more shrimpy and the har gow with a thicker wrap. The meat fried appetizer was weird but still cooked perfectly in the fryer. The pho was a good developed broth with a "dac biet" inclusive protein including large but good tripe. The egg noodle soups excellent with lots of bok choy and veg. The pork though was breaded spare ribs WITH and without bones so BEWARE. It was still very good and I'm glad I ordered that for my entree!!! We also got a chicken noodle dish (chow mein) for our son back at the apt. I had some leftover later and it was great! Better than many chow meins at my favorite places back home. I'm going to try to talk the family into going back for AYCE hotpot as I love that but it's hard to convince them to let dad go to those since they don't eat as much volume as I can and have long hair that sucks in the odor.
