Although I take the mickey, these places are godsends if your beloved phone IS poorly, and they can generally diagnose and cure on the spot or within the day. I refuse to leave my phone overnight though because, well, I'm not stupid....

Within an hour my phone was acting slow and clunky, and by the evening it completely stopped working - all the day before I was travelling abroad. I had to go to the Apple store for a proper replacement (which cost me £149), as I didn't trust Mobile Hub to fix it again. I went in twice for a refund and they flatly refused, denying all responsibility and were incredibly rude to me. They don't appear to have a legal refund policy. Avoid at all costs. I'm in the process of going to Trading Standards about them.

The phone was hardly used, not dropped or damaged. Took it back today, Monday, as obviously I was sold a cheap or faulty part and after inspecting it, he accused me of dropping the phone. This is 100% not the case and the screen isn't cracked, it's broken inside. Its obvious they are using the cheapest Chinese knock off parts and over charging. Then less than two weeks later half the connection down my phone stopped working. I refrained from saying it was a "dodgy job" and went in. I explained how I thought they had come lose. They were very happy to take a look free of charge and we would be told they would ring in an hour. 3 hours later no call, thankfully my friend had the number from the last time so we rang them. They started talking amongst themselves for all to hear in a stressful tone and then asked us to call back in 20 minutes. Approximately 10 minutes later they rang my friend back claiming I would need a new screen again. I immediately said no as clearly a correct job had not been done the first time. We went to pick up the phone (under 5 minutes walk away) when we got there I had to show no proof this was my phone, meaning they were prepared to give it to anyone. Further to this they didn't explain what was wrong with my and phone and it was disabled for over an hour. Which was not necessary as they had the password and didn't fix it so there would be no reason for them to try and log into my phone. Would not recommend this service to anyone and am thoroughly disappointed as I know have to pay a lot more to get my phone fixed. Such a waste of money.

Terrible after sales care…read more Fitted with a replacement screen for my iPhone 5s and it was slightly loose at the top. Either poor parts or workmanship to blame. I place my phone screen down and it shattered due to weak fitting. Went back to shop and it appears that the damage is not covered as it has multiple break points. The man who told me this was serving another customer and proceeded to tell me that it was not possible from across the shop in front of other people as he believed it had been dropped several times. Why treat people in such a manner??!! Basically called me a liar in front of other people. Perhaps you could have come over and spoke to me directly. The rude conversation ended with him decided he could not make a decision anyway. It was another staff member who was absent. Avoid this place. One down the road that might take a little longer but is full of genuine nice people. Was told that it is possible to smash in the fashion mine is in.
