The employees are certified and very knowledgable as well as being very friendly, are very throrough with any questions you might have. I had been looking for a good place to take my phone to fix my broken screen on my iPhone 5s and every other place wanted to charge me a lot more and gave me a time window of 1-4 hours. Update: they've gone and done it again!!! Repaired my phone for a fraction of the cost of replacing it and compared to their competitors!! LCD shot, broken mouse button, phone popped open - nothing worked! They fixed it in 20 minutes from the time I walked in to the time I left out the door, gave me a new mouse button AND an otter box (to help me avoid future fractures) all under $90! Geniuses! This place is in a weird location, by a few warehouses; it's a little hard to find but they have a little poster right outside. I think the staff could work on their professionalism. When I went in they were all outside laughing and talking to each other. Still, my iPhone 5 screen was fixed in 20 minutes for only $75, much cheaper than most places.
