We could not be happier with the service provided by Fonix and our DJ, DJ Spy. We interviewed multiple companies and felt comfortable with Fonix after the meeting and a recommendation from a friend. Both Travis and Jonathon (DJ Spy) took time with us and talk about every detail of the big day to make sure it was perfect, WOW did they ever come through for us. Most of our vendors performed well on our day and DJ Spy was definitely at the top of the list. With bad weather he was even thrown a curve ball when he showed up that he would have to be a quick setup as the ceremony was going to have to take place in the same room as the reception with a storm approaching. It was not ideal with short notice but you could never tell he had a rushed setup. All of his equipment and the up lights were setup and looking amazing by the time the reception began. With this little hitch Travis showed up at the event to make sure we were happy with how it turned out. I couldn't believe the service. As I told Travis that night "This is what we asked for and more." Seriously great quality and DJ spy was amazing. Performed all the announcements we needed, all of the music was queued up perfectly, and even accommodated my sister's karaoke/rap performance with giving her the correct music at the last second. The dance floor was PACKED all night as we asked it to be and our friends are still talking about how amazing everything was a month and a half later. I am telling anyone who asks for a DJ to contact Fonix, seriously went above and beyond and for a good price. You can tell from the beginning all the way up to and through your big day that they take pride in their work and want your day to be great. We had hired Fonix Entertainment for our Company Holiday party! It was the best party we ever had! We had Lead DJ, DJ Travis and the guy can mix! He knows how to read the crowd and keep the dance floor full till the very end. Working with Fonix Entertainment was super easy and fun, they had a database for us to use on how we wanted to plan on the night and music and we also had a quick phone call the same week to review logistics and any additional equipment needed. I forgot to mention that our CEO was going to be making a speech during our event but DJ Travis was already prepared. At the end of our party, Travis had mentioned he had a technical difficulty but being a tech guy, I did not notice as came prepared and had a back cord to solve his problem. There's something to be said about paying more for a DJ company and DJ like Fonix Entertainment and Travis. Last year we spent half of what we spent with Fonix this year and last year's party ended early and the DJ didn't even have any current music. I do have to also give a shout out to the Office Manager Olivia, she is pretty awesome and always joy to speak to. When she told us Fonix does other events, I was pleased to hear this as we will be using Fonix for another company event in a couple of months. And I am actually in the process of booking DJ Travis for my Wedding in April! These guys are worth every penny! read more

Booking Fonix Entertainment was the best decision we made for our Day of Coordination! Our Wedding was 3 months ago but it's been stuck in my mind with how many times Olivia saved me on the Day of! I had chosen a Hair Stylist who wasn't truthful about her timeline of me getting my hair done. Somehow 12pm finished time turned to 3pm, the time I was supposed to walk down the aisle! Olivia was able to find someone the moment I called her crying and not only was Olivia's back up super professional, she did a better job than who I chose. My pictures before the Ceremony never happened but Olivia managed to get me to do a First Look with my husband and have us walk down the aisle on time! She also managed to get us extra time for our pictures after the Ceremony as well, so we ended up getting all the pictures we were hoping for and managed to work with all of the vendors to stay an additional 30 minutes at no extra cost to us so we can have some extra dance time as well. I couldn't have asked for a better Day of Coordinator, she was more like a Fairy Godmother making my day become a true dream! read more

We used Fonix Entertainment for our Wedding in January and it was such a wonderful experience! We had Olivia was our Month of Coordinator and was a true blessing by keeping me organized throughout my whole planning process and had some of the best tips for saving money! Because we chose to follow her budget plan, we decided to go all out in adding extra lighting and Photobooth with Fonix and both were such a huge hit with our guests. We still have some of our guests coming up to us complimenting our DJ and the fun experiences with the Photobooth. DJ Travis was such a blast to work with and from the beginning we decided to book him as our DJ, we just knew we were in good hands for our entertainment. We had a few phone conferences with DJ Travis, and he made sure he knew EXACTLY what kind of DJ we were looking for our day..and delivered just that 100%. The planning forms they provided for us to fill out prior to helped ensure we got the exact songs/versions we wanted for the ceremony and different things throughout the reception (cake cutting, garter toss, etc.) Once the dance floor opened at the reception, it stayed full the entire night. We booked a Karaoke DJ through Fonix Entertainment for our Corporate event and we had a blast! The first time we booked them was in 2016 and had a different DJ who did an amazing job, we had DJ Travis the first time. For 2017, we booked DJ JJ because DJ Travis was already booked. We were a little hesitant in getting Karaoke this year just because our crowd isn't as relaxed. Well, was I proven wrong! DJ JJ just has a knack for getting people out on a mic and singing. There was one point where by unanimous decision we stopped Karaoke and just danced and the dance floor was full till the very end of our event, we even added an hour that night...we didn't want to stop the party. Everyone in our office is talking about booking either DJ Travis or DJ JJ now for 2018. These guys are great and well worth the premium cost! read more

Travis was so much fun to work with and was a blessing on our wedding day! He was so detail oriented during our Final Planning meeting making sure everything was perfect for our day! On our wedding day he had the dance floor full till the end of the night. He even was flexible and quick at problem solving as there was a miscommunication with our venue providing music for our Ceremony but he helped us out without hesitation! Using Fonix Entertainment for our wedding was a great experience all around. Travis was top notch when it came to putting it all together for us. The online planner was easy to use and very helpful. Chris and I felt our DJ Carl was a perfect fit for us from the get go and my family could not stop raving on how well he did. I spent 80% of my wedding on the dance floor if that tells you anything. We are very glad we decided to go above our budget for their services and will admit Fonix Entertainment is worth every penny. Five stars all the way for us and especially for Carl. DJ Travis with Fonix Entertainment was FANTASTIC!!!! His process leading up to the event is very thorough and easy. He was always the constant professional. Not only does he handle and read the crowd with perfection, but he also adapts to any changes or bumps in the road that may happen in at the event, so that none of your guests will be any the wiser to anything that may have happened. As Entertainment Chairperson for our Fall Toastmasters Conference, I decided a DJ would be an ideal way to go. Called on Fonix Entertainment and we got J.J. (our AWESOME DJ) He kept the crowd on their feet with the music, raffle giveaways, and engaging the crowd. We could have continued on with the nite - but the hotel staff turned on the lights in the ballroom. J.J. was courteous and professional from the start and it was truly appreciated. I had great DJ JJ for surprise BD party for my husband: *JJ arrived in advance of his ETA and was kind to help us re-arrange the room, something he didn't have to do *Very professional yet easy going *Great energy and crowd reading - there was a point in the evening soon after 10pm where it looked like guests were starting to leave and we even thought party would not last too much longer.
