Nutrition Services listen, make suggestions and are willing to make menus changes when I need extra help. The food is good and the portion sizes are huge. Without this service Id still be buying, and waiting, whatever I can afford, not necessarily health conscious decisions. If I had one suggestion re: Community Servings Id ask for menus medically tailored for IBD, softer, or pureed food easy to digest. Otherwise, 6 Stars. ​

Several staff members came across as dismissive and rude, and I was given information about the shelter waitlist that later turned out to be inaccurate. When people are seeking shelter, they are often in vulnerable situations and deserve honesty, respect, and clear communication. Unfortunately, that was not my experience here. And yes they are deleting reviews on google which is why I'm also on yelp lol.

But the only problem is the food does not last. It goes bad within 2 to 3 days half of the food is completely un edible. Normally I wouldn't mind because it is free, but what is the point of giving out food if it's un edible goes bad and is full of mold. The only good thing to get there is the eggs and rice. Other than that don't bother unless you want rotten food.
