The girl at the counter then asked what I said to the stocker and she told her but, The girl at the counter preceeded to go back to what she was doing. Like I was invisible. I then asked are you going to help me or just ignore me? She asked again what I needed with an obvious attitude problem. When I said 190 grain is all I could think of at that min. She shoots back at me in a nasty way. I need the name! All liquor is made with Grain alcahol (which proves right there she is clueless about liquor) I said not all is 190 grain though. She preceeded to yell at me we don't have anything 190 proof. I said funny Ive been coming here for the last few Years and, asked her name, which she informed me she didn't have to tell me. I happened to look to the left of her and see where they moved the Everclear. Right beside her. I said there it is Everclear see its 190 grain on the bottle. She then says she is not going to sell it to me and to go. I said for what? Call the police all I did was ask for Help ( which use to be customer service) and when I felt you were extremely rude asked for your name. She then moved to the side and told the girl stocking: You wait on him I'm not. There are enough liquor stores in Stillwater where they will appreciate our business. No customer or person period deserves to be treated that way . Especially when you pay their salary. JRS obviously doesn't care enough to hire helpful employees or how they treat people anymore. My 100+ employees will receive a $15 dollar card from me. = to Jr's $10 card and punch card.To patronize Any Other Liquor store in Stillwater. Just show their receipt alcahol purchase in 2023. Asked how many bottles I could buy and he said 1 per customer. He must think it's like toilet paper! LOL Said he had friends that liked it also and needed some for them. I understand but he was a total jerk about the way he was talking with me about it and his customer service was terrible. This was my go to liquor store. I paid for my supplies, drove down to Browns and bought 3 bottles of Peach Crown. Customer service at Browns was great and that's where I will be shopping from now on.

(I know, personal opinion.) Adrian has only cut my hair once, but he will not disappoint on the fade. I've bought cologne from EM, coffee (fantastic), cold brew equipment, shampoo, etc. I've been impressed by everything I bought. They are a bit pricey on some things, but nothing unexpectedly expensive. To all my Stillwater folks, give EM a try if you haven't already! Some critiques: It can be a challenge to schedule a journeyman/senior barber on Saturdays. A lot of us are doing the whole 8-5 thing, and Saturday is almost always the best day to get a fresh cut. Not that big of a deal, but I wish it were easier. It was easier in the past (1 year ago and prior). Also, the other day I went in to buy some coffee for myself and my wife, and when I asked for a medium roast... I was told that "we don't believe in that, but we have coffee beans from here, there, etc..." Now, as a black coffee enthusiast, it felt like that comment was a departure from reality. I brushed it off and chose by origin instead of roast... I hope that's not an attempt to fight racism or something. How beans are roasted make a huge difference in taste, how they are brewed, even ground. This incident happened a few weeks ago (March 2023). Some of that is just nitpicking, but I really love going to EM. I also look forward to their expansion!
