I was so happy to be able to schedule an appointment online and was able to get in the following week. I was a little anxious because I made the appointment for 1:30pm and I was worried I'd be late to work. I got there about 20 minutes early and was taken back before I was able to finish filling out my forms. I walked out the door at 1:33pm. Dr. Macri was friendly, explained what he was going to do to remove the corn and I walked out of there pain free! There are no good doctors there they are all very rough very cold hard it all they care about is money. My most recent doctor was Dr. Gottlieb He is the worst along with Zarro if he's still there ! Dr. Gottlieb talked me into getting my toenail removed because I had an ingrown toenail that would keep coming back every 3 to 4 weeks. I did not want to get that done. He kind of forced me to do it so I did in January my toe is infected in a matter of a couple of days, I went back twice for the infection until I decided to go to another foot doctor a month after that my toe is still not right going on three months. I haven't been able to keep shoes on and the worst part is that he kept on charging me a co-pay for the same toe that he messed up. That's all they care about is money. I visited this practice 6 months ago so that one of the doctors could take a look at one of my toes. I had previously had an issue with another toe, and I thought maybe another one was coming down with the same issue. He looked at the toe, gave me the all clear, and offered to trim my nails since I'd recently undergone hip surgery and had a hard time reaching my nails to trim them. A few weeks later, I received a bill for this visit. MY share of the services, after my insurance paid its portion, was $177.42. I knew there had to be a mistake...$177 for a toe trim and a 5-minute visit?? I called and was told someone would return my call. When they didn't, a week later I called again and was told the doctor said he had performed a nail plate avulsion, which I've since found out would have required a needle and the removal of all or some of my nail. I offered to take a photo of my nail or to come to the office to show them that I still had my nail and it was never removed. I was told that wouldn't be necessary and they'd check with the doctor again. Again I was told that the doctor did in fact perform this "procedure". I'd like to think that they confused me with another patient and they aren't trying to scam Medicare. My new doctor told me that he can see that my toe nail was never fully or partially removed. Needless to say, I will NEVER return to or recommend this practice to anyone.

No other orthopedic doctor has ever explained my condition in such a clear and understandable way. What impressed me most was that she truly listened.
