I've been here a couple times now and I can say that the staff is very pleasant to work with. From start to finish, everything seemed very straightforward and streamlined. The prices were all explained up front with no hidden costs. Alma was especially nice to work with. She was always uplifting, in good spirits, and explained everything very well. Dr. Luh is very polite with great bedside manner and goes over everything in great detail. If feels like everyone here cares about helping you get better and that means a lot to me. Not impressed with this doctor, I have had 3 doctor visits and he still wants more to do simple things that other doctors can do in 1 visit. DO NOT GO HERE. I would NOT recommend this place. I went in recently to have the doctor look at a toe nail and based off of the doctors recommendation at the appointment, decided at that time during the appointment to get some lab work done. The Doctor was nice and careful with my feet, and she answered all of my questions during the visit. I saw Dr. Achille. But once the appointment was over, the receptionist told me the bill was over $400 out of pocket (with insurance)! I had no idea because not ONE TIME during my 2 HOUR VISIT did anyone tell me or quote me on anything. Any time I have ever been to a doctor or a dentist, they give me a quote before they continue on with the appointment so I know what sort of bill I'm looking at! $400 is a lot of money out of pocket. I was shocked. I kindly asked the receptionist if I could pay a portion today and the rest at my follow up visit. She responded by saying "could you do like, 50 / 50? Half today and half later?" I said yes, that would be perfect. She responded and said "Ok, let me go check and make sure that's OK". Which seems odd, have they allowed this before for some people but not everyone? The 50 / 50 payment plan was her idea. So after about 5 minutes she comes back and explains that I would have to pay 100% of the bill today. I couldn't believe it. During a pandemic, this is how they treat their customers. I was laid off from my 2 days later. I just received an additional bill from the lab company from that visit. Another $185 (the difference from what my insurance at that time didn't cover). In order for the doctor to tell me anything about my results or give me a prescription, it is another $80 for the video chat appointment. I explained my situation, and they didn't care. The whole thing was for nothing, because now I can't afford to go in for the follow up since I lost my job. The whole experience with them was so bad. They should have communicated with me throughout my initial visit from the beginning. Go somewhere else. In my opinion they don't deserve your business if that's how they treat customers, especially during times like this. read more

This Foot organization that I had been going to for two years became a grave disappointment. I am 79 yrs old, a U.S. Marine Combat Veteran, and have Pulmonary Hypertension, which is non -curable and fatal disease, as shown in Google. I also have Diabetes and severe ingrown toenails. I had been unhappy as the Dr. I had been seeing was terrific at the beginning, then she tapered off to horrible, but as I am not driving, I kept going. I left visits after asking many times for her to check the ingrown toes, and also shave my callouses as I am housebound. This last and final time I showed up for my appointment and Mentioned that I still had Medicare and know I had to pay my co-pay, I had applied for Medicaid which is coming through, but the medical portion had been denied. I wanted to ask if I was approved for Medicaid would they still see me, all the time I knew I had to pay my co-pay for this visit. They all 4-5 doctors and office staff huddled in the corner, of their Glass enclosed office, and told me NO they would not treat me even though I said I would pay as usual. I told them I was suffering, had paid for a driver to bring me, and they (3) of them said to me NO, you have to leave, we do not take Medicaid, which I never told them I wanted to use for that visit. Truthfully 3-5 horrible liberated feminists were yelling at me to leave. I did, with bleeding toenails and on the way out the door, as being faithful to my brothers and a combat Marine, I went with a few loud parting shots. Conclusion: My feet still hurt, but my spirits were lifted because of these circus candidates could go back to munching on the candy bars hidden in their office drawers. read more

Dr. Sean Luh is a caring, compassionate, knowledgeable healer. Pain from a neuroma and ingrown toenails had led me to curtail many activities. After just 2 appointments, all the pain is gone and I'm back in the gym, working out and losing weight. I look forward to going back to Dr Luh as needed - everyone in this office is friendly, welcoming, and supportive. Dr Luh explained exactly what my problems were and outlined the treatment options clearly. And it was easy to schedule an appointment within a few days, even my first appointment. Very disappointed in the office today as I scheduled a office surgery for an ingrown toenail. Was lied to several times . I called 3 times to schedule, even received pricing for single and bilateral ingrown toe nail surgery so I can pay that day the patient portion due. Lie # 1 was to me saying the visit only for a new patient visit. Lie # 2 said the nail was not infected so they would only do the same day surgery if it was infected Lie # 3 if was infected you should NOT to do surgery and give the patient antibotics, then re-schedulelLie # 4 if it was infected that you all the sudden have time to do the surgery?? Lie # 5 The appt was for 2:30pm certainly enough time to do an office procedure before your closed at 4:30pm- which is what I scheduled. So they expect the patient to continue in pain as they did not want to do the new patient visit with the office surgery due being able to charge the insurance company separately for the a new patient visit one day and on a later date for more patient liability and greater insurance payments. BUT IT IS NOT PATIENT CENTRIC. Didn't care that you had a patient in front of you that was in pain, took time of work so you can mistreat them and then try to blame the patient.. The appt was even more pressing as was the last day of our current insurance, which the office is very aware of- so coming back next week for something that was scheduled for today was not feasible. I told the office all three times I called before the appt. When in the office, there was accommodation , no discussion just their impropriety. I requested a refund for their lack of doing what right for the patient- code of ethics, and was declined. Never go here! read more

Do not trust them to check your insurance. They told me my services were covered 100% and that was the ONLY reason I went ahead. Then I find out they provided my insurance company with the wrong information so what I thought was fully covered was not covered at all. Then all they can say is "sorry." Unacceptable. My insurance told them to request a misquote for their screw up. I asked them to do that and asked them to call me back when it was done so I could follow up with it and they never called me back. The only conclusion I can come to is that this was intentional in order to make a bigger buck. I will never go here again. All I want is for them to take responsibility for their mess up but I doubt I'll ever hear from them again. read more

I had my very first broken down this year and I was extremely impressed with the staff, the surgery center, and all of the doctors that I met with! Not having insurance, they took exceptional care of me and made sure I was given the best care and best prices available. They were incredibly friends and attentive.
