Absolute disaster! Went in for toe surgery, went well as far as I could tell. Went in 2days later…read moreand was told I had to go to the emergency room ASAP. Ended up with a bone infection. 5 days and a 1000$ later( insurance deductible) I was released. 2 months later, another problem with the rod, said he could do in house procedure to fix but it would cost me additional money. Every office visit was 50.00 and I ended up having to go 5 times after my first T because of his mistakes. I ended up pulling a rod out of my foot myself because he is so incapable. Now let's see where this new infection goes. Would not EVER recommend this doctor!

Got here 10 minutes early for the 4:30 appt and was told they would check to see if they could get us in. Then acted like they were doing us a favor. Again, the doctor shows up 20 min late ... The doctor's care is ok I guess. Doesn't seem to understand that a 94 year old patient has problems hearing and understanding medical speak. Would not recommend for senior care.

Wahoo! Just went in because I was seriously nursing a bad ingrown toenail. It was agony last few…read moreweeks but I kept thinking it would get better but it remained inflamed. I was able to make an appointment as a new patient within five business days which was super impressive and they had me in the system from a previous Premier Health visit. Paper work was sent to me which was a breeze to fill out in under five minutes. I checked in a few minutes early and was called back a few minutes after my scheduled time. Super staff asks questions and very patient with my scaredy cat stance. The assistant did a quick check for feeling in my feet as I'm insulin resistant and then the doctor came in. He looked at my toe and feet and gave a suggestion for a sanding block for dry feet and a Palmer's lotion to try and then he quickly cut out the tip of the ingrown and shared how to find the clippers to take care of myself. He was great! Super efficient and helpful. Feels better already. I am not going to share my ugly toe pic but please know I have suffered for years from this and I try my best to keep my feet in good shape. He confirmed I can do this on my own and have no worries to fret over.

Wow, from the minute I called for info, to arrival at the front desk, to the appointment, I was…read moreimpressed with every level of the staff here. It is a small office, but they are very specialized and really take time with each client. Unfortunately I believe it is rare these days to have a doctor actually truly listen, and hear what the patient is saying. For my initial appointment the Doctor took over an hour just discussing things with me. Afterwards her staff took the time to really go over medication and special diet. Their follow up has also been amazing. This practice will make you feel like your health is truly a team effort to which you are a part of that team.
