Told her I was pretty sure it was Plantar Fasciitis. She had X-rays done and told me the cause was actually severe arthritis and wanted me to see a specialist to figure out what to do. She referred me to Dr. Greenberg. Do t be put off by the way the building interior looks. Apparently there was a huge leak and a lot of work needs done. I was able to fill out all the necessary paperwork prior to my arrival so checking in was quick and easy. Dr Greenberg was fantastic. He examined my feet, explaining everything as he did it, read over my X-rays and determined that i have plantar fasciitis with tendinitis. He explained that I can get inserts for my shoes and practice stretching exercises until it heals. He said that he doesn't like yo just jump to meds or injections because that doesn't heal the problem. I absolutely appreciate when someone doesn't try to scam extra money out of people.

Wahoo! Just went in because I was seriously nursing a bad ingrown toenail. It was agony last few…read moreweeks but I kept thinking it would get better but it remained inflamed. I was able to make an appointment as a new patient within five business days which was super impressive and they had me in the system from a previous Premier Health visit. Paper work was sent to me which was a breeze to fill out in under five minutes. I checked in a few minutes early and was called back a few minutes after my scheduled time. Super staff asks questions and very patient with my scaredy cat stance. The assistant did a quick check for feeling in my feet as I'm insulin resistant and then the doctor came in. He looked at my toe and feet and gave a suggestion for a sanding block for dry feet and a Palmer's lotion to try and then he quickly cut out the tip of the ingrown and shared how to find the clippers to take care of myself. He was great! Super efficient and helpful. Feels better already. I am not going to share my ugly toe pic but please know I have suffered for years from this and I try my best to keep my feet in good shape. He confirmed I can do this on my own and have no worries to fret over.

We never waited long to get back into the room (one time, another patient was taken ahead of me, but I was informed of this and the reason, and I was okay). I went in to the office to purchase a cream that was expensive through the pharmacy and my insurance. When I went in to get it, they were doing inventory and they didn't have any in stock at that location at the time. I paid for the cream and they delivered it to my house later that day. My issue is an ongoing one, and wasn't fully resolved, but I left knowing ways to help it get better over time. I would definitely recommend Dr. Oliva and the Beavercreek location.

I had my appointment scheduled and had the appointment card when I arrived for my appointment. Upon checking in, I was told that I did NOT have an appointment schedule that day or any other date. I insisted that I did and that I'd received a reminder phone call. The receptionist clearly didn't believe me and basically called me a liar. She spoke with the podiatrist who refused to see me that day even though I had an appointment card as proof. I would not recommend this practice due to the unprofessional behavior of staff and the lack of empathy or appreciation for their patients

I went thinking I could get them replaced or fixed at my expense. My husband and I went to the appointment and waited over an hour to see the Dr. Bottom line Dr Chapman did not want to help but would send them back at her expense and I would probably be charged. I contacted the manufacturer who said shipping is free and implied the repair cost would be less than stated and suggested seeking out another podiatrist to send them in.
