I rarely take the time to write reviews, but Dr. Kimberly Wilkie absolutely deserves one. She went above and beyond in treating my 7-year-old daughter's toe, and I cannot say enough wonderful things about her. From the moment we met her, she was incredibly patient, kind, and compassionate. She took the time to make my daughter feel comfortable, explained everything in a way that put both of us at ease, and used techniques that made what could have been a scary experience much easier for a young child. Dr. Wilkie's skill, professionalism, and genuine care for her patients are truly exceptional. It's clear that she loves what she does, and it shows in every interaction. As a parent, there is nothing more reassuring than knowing your child is in such capable and caring hands. If you're looking for a foot and ankle specialist for yourself or your child, I wholeheartedly recommend Dr. Kimberly Wilkie. She is an outstanding physician and an incredible person. First I would like to start by saying I have been in this office for sometime. The telephone manner of most of the ladies that answer the phone can be very rude to say the least. And they'll put you on hold forever. Are you under staffed? The wait time on hold is unreal. It's my understanding that there's new owners here and the service is getting really bad. I've had two new doctors within a year. My original doctor resigned before the two new doctors. My latest Dr. Andoh I saw I believe in September 2025 or around that time. I asked her for a script to get my yearly diabetic shoes. She informed me that I didn't need a script. Prior I know I always needed a script but I took her at her word. Knowing she was the doctor and maybe things changed. Well I called the shoe person and they informed me that I needed a script. They said Dr. Andoh gave me bad info. I called Foot and ankle back for the script and Joann informed me she would send Dr. Andoh a message to fax same to the shoe specialist. The doctor nor the office sent the info to the shoe specialist. After almost a week. I called Dr. Andoh back and was put on hold for sometime. Now after all this she's refusing to give me a script for the shoes because I haven't seen her since September???? Reminder she told me I didn't need a script in September. I did have an appointment with her in December but she was out sick. I don't know her illness and really don't want to know. But the last time my doctor was out sick with COVID and my new appointment was a week after he returned and I caught COVID. I wasn't going to catch anything from her, so I was waiting for awhile. This office seems to be trying to over bill patients. Why do I need to see the foot doctor every two or three months when I have no serious issues. I have no issues. BEAWARE . What could improve is better training for the doctor and staffing that answers the phone. read more

Absolutely unacceptable behavior from the office staff. Called my 93 year old Father , 1 hour before his routine visit and cancelled. Stating they no longer take his insurance. I said we would pay the 65 dollar visit out of pocket. I had taken oof of work to pick him up. They Refused to see him. Unapologetic and dismissive. It is a simple nail trim and they refused to see us even if we paid. read more

I was referred to this practice from a trusted friend. My experiences have been pleasant, professional and prompt. The office staff is friendly and personable! Dr Anigotti has been timely and professional. He took the time to explain everything and has been very responsive to my concerns. My surgery went well and I am happy with the progress! I got an appointment and they did not even send me all the paperwork. The first time with my new insurance and I was told (the day of the appointment) that they could not take me because I did not have a referral. Not too professional on their part. read more

I saw Dr. Kimberly A Wilkie. I will never return. She had awful bed side manner and did not act like she cared about how much pain I was in. I had to pry answers out of her on what I should be doing! After my 3rd appointment with her, I explained how much pain I was still having and asked if there was anything more I could do? She just said no and seemed rushed to get me out. I now go to a different podiatrist and got all the answers I needed and am now on the right track. read more

Like the other reviewers, I had an awful experience with Dr. Wilke!! Went in with a small problem....after spending 10 minutes telling me how minor it was and how other people have it much worse (!), she then told me how it couldn't really be cured. I pressed and pressed for answers and she *finally* gave me some ideas for handling it. Honestly, it was like pulling teeth getting any information out of her. Her staff then messed up the prescriptions multiple times, requiring about 10 call backs. What a complete nightmare. Worst doctor I have ever seen. New podiatrist (at a different office) is very pleasant and very competent and my issue has RESOLVED, with her help. read more

My son and I have had a very good experience with Dr. Wilke. She treated my son for ingrown toenails last year. He just went back for foot pain, she is concerned about possible stress fracture and is getting MRI. I saw her for plantar fasciitis and she gave me a cortisone injection and my foot is feeling so much better! Office staff was nice as well. We did wait a little while to be seen, which no one ever likes. read more

I saw Dr Angotti last week. He was 60 minutes behind at 10am. The front desk had no explanation for his tardiness. Nor did he apologies for his latest. He did not listen to what I had to say, he was condensing and dismissive. I will never go back to this office. read more

I saw Dr. Kimberly Wilkie at this location. I had a very similar set of visits as another reviewer. Horrid bedside manner, felt like pulling teeth to get any sort of dx out of her, I was asking all the questions and she was offering no information. Also, apparently from the notes she sent to my primary physician about our visit, we had an entire conversation about things that I must have fallen asleep for because we most certainly did not talk about them. She improperly diagnosed me, would not listen to me when I said I thought I needed further diagnostic testing to determine the real problem, then talked me into a $450 set of orthotics that of course, insurance wouldn't pay a penny for, and said come back in a few months and sent me on my way. Well, I was though with that BS. Its been 9 months of pain. Had my primary send me to a real Dr. that didn't mess around and found I have two fractures in that foot. I'm so livid that she sent me through months of pain when I could have been well on my way to being healed. I cant speak for the other Drs in the practice but you couldn't pay me to go to that office again. read more

I had a very similar experience to the previous reviewer. I saw Dr. Kimberly A Wilkie as well. She didn't ask me even the basic questions about my pain, like 'how long have you had this pain', 'what does the pain feel like', 'what brings the pain on'. She was completely annoyed that I didn't have the x-ray done, which my insurance doesn't cover. It was my first visit and I wasn't sure my symptoms required getting an x-ray. She seemed rushed to get me out after I waited 30 minutes to see her. At the end of the appointment I asked if there was anything I could be doing to help the pain, like wrapping my ankle, she just shrugged her shoulders and said she didn't know. Having my masters in an engineering field, I understand that you wouldn't want to jump to treatments before you had all the data, but I feel like a better attitude and more explanation may have gone a long way. I was thinking of giving this place a second chance, but I'm glad I've read the other reviewers comments. I won't be going back and wasting another $45 out if pocket, for 15 minutes of eyerolling and I don't knows form this doctor. read more

I suggest that those who did not have a good experience make an appointment with Dr. Anzalone. He has been my go-to doc for a few years now and I cannot say enough about his care, his professionalism, and his good humor. He takes whatever time is needed. I have a chronic condition and, although surgery is always a last resort, it has been necessary twice in the past two years. I trust Dr. Anzalone completely and highly recommend him. I had an appointment with Dr. Kimberly A. Wilkie. I was placed in an exam room on time. After 45 minutes and not hearing from anyone, I left. If a doctor is behind due to an emergency or surgical procedure, the staff should inform their patients. This was not done. When I left and told the staff at the desk, they didn't even seem to care. read more
